Full House Pets — Local services in Mount Laurel Township

These guys are amazing. I have called and visited this store on a couple occasions now because I am trying very hard to keep my new fish alive and the team here has been so patient with me while I ask them 7 million questions and visit every few weeks because I am panicking about some fish ailment or another. They have a smaller selection of fish products compared to other animals, but they do have the essentials, which is more than enough, most of the time.

The owner is so nice and is extremely knowledgeable about aquatics, fish maintenance, fish health, etc. and does what he can to help, whether they have the products in store or not. The last time I spoke with him on the phone (this morning), he said to keep him updated on my fish, which was probably such a regular thing to say, but it actually meant so much to hear. 🥹

I have also gotten a few things for my cats here on occasion and they have such fun products to choose from. They also have a sale section in the front that is always nice for sampling new products, foods, snacks, toys, etc. that my cats will most likely enjoy one time and then never want again. So that's a fun little money-saver for trying new things.

I'm so happy these guys opened up. They have been great and I highly recommend...

As someone who has over 7 different species of pets full house pets really is the Walmart of stores because they have EVERYTHING you need for every pet. I no longer need to drive 50+ miles in a day driving to different stores. Store is meticulously clean, modern, and very welcoming. You feel like you’re a friend rather than a customer when you walk in the door. You can ask Jeff the owner any question and he has a detailed answer and may also share a story. Whether you are a new pet owner or experienced the store is unbiased and judgement free when asking for help. If you need something specific they can also order it for you and have it in store a few days later. It’s hard to say what is most impressive about the store but definitely the extensive list of different feeder animals for the reptiles in the back of the shop is extremely impressive. Wont be going anywhere...

I went into Fullhouse Pet store for the first time about a week ago to buy puppy food for my 11 week old puppy. My puppy has has had horrible gas since I brought him home 3 weeks earlier. I had him on the food the breeder did then I tried another food from petsmart and he still had horrible gas. When I went into Fullhouse Pets I spoke with Jeff the owner and he was very knowledgeable about dog food. Actually very knowledgeable about all pets. I decided to purchase the food he recommended. A day later puppy’s gas was gone. Our noses were so please at our house . I went back into store today to purchase a larger bag of food this time and the owner remembered me. You gotta love businesses that give customers the attention they deserve. I’m definitely gonna recommend the store to everyone I know...
