Not a fan. Be really careful with this company, they yes you at nauseum and are super polite but failed over and over again with me. I experienced lots of broken promises and delays upon delays. I ordered a small Lean To shed from these guys back in March. I was told then 8-12 weeks. I originally planned to order a larger 12x16 shed too but will absolutely not be ordering from them. I've seen past reviews explaining similar and then responses from the company saying either the order was not confirmed or the customer never responded properly. I promise you I have the paper trail and phone records. I also have experiences throughout whereby this company proved they are super unorganized and just say yes and then politely apologize for every miss along the way. Follow up, follow up and follow up again. I ordered in March, had to follow up multiple times to confirm my order and gave my credit card a couple of times on the phone. I was told a June delivery and they'd follow up. They don't follow up. At the end of May I called and they said they didn't have my order despite me having an order number. We never got your credit card I was told. Had to essentially reorder but they'd expedite to end of July. Early July I call again. I am now moved to September. I finally call and complain enough to get a manager who was able to move me up a week to Sept 1st. Great. The only positive was the builders called the week before to confirm some measurements right before they started building so I was able to tweak it 1 inch but I'm told on that call yup September 1st 9am to 1pm delivery. I call the day before to confirm delivery because as I explained multiple times since March I wanted my old shed in place until right before I replace it for various reasons which I explained. Yes no problem sir, I'll mark that down in your file sir. I said tomorrow (delivery day) is supposed to be heavy rain are you sure you are coming and don't want to move it back?....No sir, a sarcastic 'we deliver in the rain too' sir was the response I got. Next day. Nothing, no call no delivery. I call. Sorry it was the rain that delayed us, coming tomorrow between 9-1. Next day comes, I call at noon. Oh sorry, I don't see you on any schedule for today. I complain again. A super polite and nice apology. Tomorrow between 9-1. I already took down my old shed three days previous as I didn't want so I'm even more annoyed. Are you sure 9am-1pm, I have a 2:30 appointment that's 15 min away. Yes sir absolutely no problem and we sincerely apologize. I call in the morning just to confirm. It's leaving at 9am we'll call with a better estimate on arrival. No call as promised. No follow up. 1pm I call. Oh I'm so sorry sir we are delayed. They will be there as soon as possible. Yes there was flooding, yes we had heavy rain two days earlier and yes this company missed every promise they made to me. I received delivery at 2pm and missed my own 2:30 appointment. The shed is just ok, much more cheaply made then my previous Amish shed and painted very sloppy but will serve it's purpose as long as I seal some gaps, touch up the paint and people don't look too closely. Let me guess Amish Mike, you're very sorry and apologize. Well so am I, because I wasted my time over and over again even to write this review and I never take the time to leave...
Read moreI ordered a Patriot Shed from Amish Mike's. This is a $21,000 order. The shed is very good quality and the outside people who drop the sheds and assemble them are very good. They actually thanked me for having the cement pad prepared properly for the shed to be dropped.
That being said. The rest of the process has been a total disaster.
My project is still not finished and it's been over a year. The people in the office are not on the same page and everything has to be re-explained each time you ask for a status. The customer service from the sales people is abhorrent. The young customer service people are nice but apparently not given tools to be organized. No one takes ownership of your project and whether it's on track or what the progress is. When mistakes are made they are indignant about them being brought up and being corrected. No apology, no rectification. They don't care about your experience as a customer as evidenced both through their words and actions. They are not proactive in reaching out and communicating. They expect you to call them. They are consummate excuse makers. Everything has a an excuse for why this person is new, they are working improving, blaming the customer for not speaking to the right person or blaming the customer themselves for their failure to do the job properly or the customer just "misunderstanding". The scheduling person, Jim used profanity, asked me my age, told me how much experience he has . He insulted my profession as well. The sales manager Bill initially said he would take care of issues that he agreed were happening but did not. Also rude and dictated that they will let me know about the remainder of the project on their terms. He berated me for not calling him directly to speak about my shed although "they" called me to collect a final payment incorrectly. I see another recent review of this same sales manager hanging up on a customer. I spoke to the owner Mike early on and he agreed he would work on this being a better process as well. No avail. My wife has overheard and seen this whole process and heard the conversations from the sales representatives there and as well and would more nicely say it is ridiculous. I have spent countless hours with this where this should be Amish Mike's job to have been organized and managed this project. They still have 2 ramps to install, trim to fix because they sent their worker last time with the wrong tools, and windows that need chains in order to allow them to stay open. They also are supposed to provide me with an email regarding the grade around the shed for the ramps which they have not. They had no comment on whether I should have a reasonable expectation or time frame for this job being completed.
Update 7/9: Owner Mike is going to call to address issues. In office people (Jim and Bill) had previously refused to let me speak to him.

Read moreStay away from this place! We order a Japanese bridge for our pond on 05/20/2023 when we placed the order we specifically requested a 4' X 12' double rail bridge. We were told it would take 4-8 weeks for delivery of this bridge however since we had to program the crew to paint this bridge we called 5 weeks after and we were told that the bridge was going to arrive on 06/21 to their shop and they were going to call me for delivery on Saturday 06/22; they never called so I had to call and that's were the nightmare started! Every time I would call I would speak to different people non of which knew anything about the order; they kept telling me that they would call me back but no one evert bother to call me. The issue is that we had already hired the crew to paint and install the bridge! I was extremely disrespected by the people I was talking to, because they made it sound like no big deal. But it was a big deal because I was not given answers ever! which made me nervous thinking that the order was probably never processed or even being made. I was hung up twice by Jimmy and he was extremely rude to me. I kept asking to speak to the owner or the manager but amazingly he was always away! I finally got Danielle to look for some answers and started communicating by email, and after 3 more weeks of wait time the bridge was finally delivered. The issue with the bridge is that the height was not 4' and according to the shop 4' is custom made! my mistake is that they did not specify the sizes on the order it does not mentioned the height only the length!!!!!!! -To make matters worse the bridge lacks any kind of middle support making it very dangerous to put over a pond as it can give in anytime as wood bends when it is stepped on! -Also the wood started splitting gravely on many areas and when raised the concerns and complaints I had to to encounter the same chasing game trying to get someone to care to fix this issues! I am extremely disappointed, angry and frustrated with this experience, as the lack of communication, professionalism and the many people they have working there that just DONT CARE! made our pond project impossible to complete. They should implement better description of this particular item and of course hire people that can really give customer service to their clients and not just people that answer calls and supposedly take messages only to be...
