Burger King — Restaurant in Mount Olive

I used the mobile app this morning, put the order in 20 min before I'd even be there. I went to the drive thru to be told I had to wait in my car by the front door because my food wasn't ready still! The Hispanic woman was also very rude! Let's keep in mind there were 3 cars in the parking lot & no one was ahead of my in the drive thru. I waited an additional 10 minutes by the front door for my breakfast. The same rude woman handed my food, didn't apologize for the wait & simply walked away. I was 10 minutes late for work, received the wrong Croissant sandwiches & am very disappointed. But fast food workers want $15/hr to be rude & not get orders right?! I work in Healthcare, if I ever made an error I'd be written up or worse! I haven't been to the Hackettstown BK since Spring because of the rudeness of the employees & my order was incorrect then as well! I thought maybe over several months things changed ....nope! I wish I could give higher since I have liked Burger King (more so than McDonald's, but not other chains) as a kid. So I'm giving it 3 stars because the food I receive has always been fresh and piping hot - just the way I like it. I'm deducting two stars (from the original 5) because of multiple instances in which my order has been incorrect. Every time I would tell them one order and they would repeat it back to me correctly. When I pull up to the first window - they read my order to me incorrectly. I have them correct it, and then in the second window - after I've received my food and I check it, they give me the wrong order or they don't serve it the way I asked. This has happened on multiple occasions for the past several months and this is the only Burger King nearby. Will I come again? Sure. Do I have hopes that they'll give me my order...

Ordered from the drive-through. One of the sandwiches (a BK King) I needed "customized" without Ketchup and to add Mayo. After getting our food and leaving, we found that the sandwich was made with Ketchup. I had to go back and went inside this time. I told the Shift Supervisor of the problem, and he had a new sandwich made. After leaving, I again found that the sandwich was made with Ketchup. The weird part is that the BK King is NOT made regularly with Ketchup!

Now the Manager got involved. She had a new sandwich made. Checked the sandwich, and finally NO Ketchup....BUT the sandwich had that "special sauce" (stacker sauce?) on it instead of Mayo!!
