Jamie was PHENOMENAL beginning to end! My kiddos wanted to get their ears pierced and were a bit scared and anxious and Jamie took the time to explain the aftercare and exactly how to clean them and what not to do and when it came time he was awesome with them being so nervous and took time to help ease their minds and took the time on both of them double checking making sure the dots were lined up and asked them and me if the spots looked good to us and gave them the option if they wanted him to count to 3 or just surprise them. Then praised them both on how well they did! I also got my Monroe redone(which wasn’t planned initially but I did it to show my boys they had no worries!) and even though I’ve had it done before, he still gave me the same courtesy! He gave us each our own packs of sea salt for our aftercare solution, was extremely clean and sterilized his work station each time! I told him I’ll be going back to him 100% for anything for myself, my kids my hubby! And anyone who asks for recommendations, that’s where I’m telling them to go! Jamie deserves way more than 5 stars. We brought in our almost-5-year-old to get her ears pierced a few days ago. When I called a week or so ago Jamie sounded super friendly and gave us tips on how to prepare her for her piercings. When we got there he was super informative and talked our daughter through everything. He asked our opinion on how we thought he should go through the procedure (ie.. one-two-three poke on three or inhale poke on exhale). Was very communicative every step of the way. Measuring, placing the dot.. Our daughter did great (from our perspective at least)... then.... today one of her earings came out. I called and Jamie said to come on in. This time our kid wasn't as excited to be there and struggled to let him look at her ear. Jamie was incredibly patient and, after some back and forth of her wanting it replaced but also being scared, he was able to get it put back in. Its very clean which i love I just recently got both a tattoo & piercing done here let me tell you Jamie is so kind & very professional in his craft.
