Went in just to see if they sold a brand of juice I like that I usually purchased online. I have made a few purchases in the past but it's been a while. The owner took the time to talk to me and answer my questions respectfully even though I'm not a regular and told her up front I mainly purchased online or at another store in a town that I'm in more often. I have alot of respect for her because of that and will continue to go back being I had such a positive experience. Although they don't carry 2 of my favorite brands but have several of a similar flavor by different companies she said she would look into it. Not promising to start carrying it but just the fact that they'll take a look at it proves they deserve merit in my book. I'm gonna go back one evening next week and hopefully buy a rebuildable tank and possibly a vape just to show my appreciation for taking the time to hear me out and actually look into my brand. What more can I say that hasn’t already been said? I have been to many vape stores and worked in retail/b2b sales for years… not only is the store always clean, professional, with fair prices and great tunes, but Mike is a one in a million person! He’s so friendly, fair, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about his customers. Every time I go in, I end up staying for 30min just to enjoy chatting with him. There hasn’t been a single time he didn’t remember my name and ask about something we last spoke about. Not to mention he goes above and beyond to help out greater causes, such as donations for local charities. You won’t find a better vape store or a better person running it. Thank you Mike! I live near here and usually go to smoke nation but this is so much closer. Decided to stop in and check it out for coils and vape juice today and had a great experience! The man behind the counter was confident and knew the products. He was able to find my coils with in seconds, gave me juice recommendations based on pastry sweet items which I really enjoy, and the cutest pups were being so good on their little beds. I’ll stop biweekly now for my supplies. I love the new juice I got and tried and my coils so far seem fresher than what I got in town at the other shop.
