Smith's Furniture — Local services in Mount Sterling

I'm really disappointed in the dining room table I purchased from this store. When delivered, the men had to fix the leaf in the middle by practically taking it apart because the leaf would not unfold. It still will not work properly. Once they left and I was moving the chairs, I realized it was the wrong color table. I called the store and I was told " they don't make that table in that shade, are you sure it's that shade" I'm looking right at it so yes, I'm sure. The leaf not working, they were not interested in. Their solution if I didn't like the table was for me to come pick a new table. Reordering the same table in the correct shade was not an option, I asked and they said it wasn't an option? Ultimately because the table was a gift, I decided to get over the color of the table and not pick a new one. I regret that. I keep finding new things one the table every day. The corners are fading, there is a chip on it and the wood is splintered off on a chair. I've not even had this table for 2 months. I chose this store because I have family members who go on and on about their furniture they've had for 20+ years from Smiths. I don't know what happened with their products between then and now but my table is not a good product. Very disappointed. Edit: Wanted to add a picture of the "antique honey" color...

After purchasing a dining room table and chairs on 4/12/22, repeated problems immediately occurred with cross bracing supports falling off. Best attempts were made with securing these in place. On 10/29/22 one of the chairs completely collapsed while an adult male was sitting in it, placing the individual on top of the splintered pieces on the floor. On 11/10/2 remaining pieces were brought to the store along with the chairs that had failed cross supports. Request was for return for full refund due to manufactures / design defect. Store refused. chairs were left in their possession with no resolution. This issue needs to be handled between Smiths and the table manufacture. Full refund is what i am expecting due to the safety hazard that exist with these chairs. This store will not receive my business. Non existent...

Not to happy bought a couch first day it broke told them, they sent parts not even week later did same thing told them not to do with part they sent becuse back was mess up so we paid for them to fix it still didn't look right was very tight the other side is fine had no problem with was always the right side then told my wife to take her review down even the 2 guys that was down here said they have no clue what there doing then said it's do to my weight I'm 285 not 310 this is a Insult to me and my wife if they just look at back in first place and tight like I said after they said it was no problem then last thing they did was tighten the back to fix the problem we won't...
