Customer service can come in many forms. I had placed an order and kind of forgot about it. Come to find out a mix up happened on their end and the order was overlooked. Had a short notice, short turnaround, high visibility project that HAD to be done on time. We were working hard to get our end of the deal done as quickly as possible, but that didn't leave much time for Mister T's to take care of their end. We were worried there wouldn't be enough time to deliver a quality product, but our worries weren't warranted. Turned out with an AMAZING end product - all parties involved were "blown away." This is the worst place you can go for anything trophy related. They will tell you on the phone your item is done and it's not I purchased two very expensive chef coats for an award ceremony. Not only were the items not done one of them was laying on the floor with dirt on it out of the package. The items that you bring in have no value to these people they do not care what service they give you and it is the worst trophy shop...
