I had a 14k yellow gold nugget diamond cluster ring that I have owned for thirty eight year's. I was very apprehensive about any one touching it. I have some very expensive rings but this one was my baby, not because it was very expensive, but the sentimental value. It looked so small and dull next to my 4000 dollar ring. As this one was a pinky (my nugget cluster) ring. Well this was the first time I ever was in the place. I was so struck by the awesome lady that waited on me, she is a truly sweet, kind , so knowledgeable I just love her. Lol. I have never bought anything from a pawn shop. Let alone let a pawn shop work on a ring. The place is so nice! Last week my son went to a pawn shop in Missouri and bought a nice ring, only to find out two days latter that the diamonds were fake ! A very good fake! Well I will try to shorten my story. Bob, the master craft jeweler told me what he could do, to make the fire in this ring , take that little cluster out, put a much larger top quality cluster in it. I'm telling you when I picked up my ring I was totally blown away! In complete shock! It puts all my other rings to shame! The diamonds are absolutely gorgeous! The craftsmanship is just unbelievable! The team they have is The best anywhere! The price was just fantastic! So long Kay's and sales! I have a new jeweler his name is Bob at people's choice! Oh yes I took it to Kay's, they magnified it 20 times and still found no inclusions , they said the diamonds are top notch! And great workmanship. Oh yeah, the lady, I wish I could remember her name, called me to tell me it was ready, she even sent me pictures of it. I'll tell you , and every one, if you have a champagne taste, and a beer budget, if you want to be treated great and honest, and an awesome selection of quality jewelry I recommend with my whole heart people's choice...

I went and bought a 5 pc ryobi tool set from them(came with a nonworking charger) for $239.99. I ended up buying a new set from another place so I went to take the ryobi set back(after ordering a new charger) plus 2 extra drills 2 batterys and another charger(hart from walmart) they told me the best they can do is $50 because they found the same set online for $100. So why sell it to me for $239 if you found it online for $100 then offer to buy it back for $50. This place should not be in business. Thats not business its ripping people off. I will not go back...

This place is a joke. I called them and asked them if they had a full motion tv mount. They told me that they had one and to come on up. I specifically told them to make sure because i had over an hour drive. I get there they claim no one had talked to me and that they don't carry them. And them as I was walking out the door they got even worse. Bad buisness, terrible staff. They are lucky there the only pawn shop in town or I'm more than cetain they wouldn't last.
