We recently hosted a professional clinic at the Hillcrest Park Lodge in Mount Vernon, WA, and it was an exceptional experience. The lodge comfortably accommodated our group of about 40 participants, providing ample space for both presentations and interactive sessions. The rustic charm of the cabin, with its warm wooden interiors and cozy ambiance, created an inviting atmosphere that was both professional and comfortable.
One of the standout features was the built-in sound system, which ensured our presentations were clear and audible to all attendees. The stage area was particularly useful for speaker visibility, adding a level of professionalism to our event. Additionally, the facility was impeccably clean, reflecting the high standards maintained by the management.
The rental rates were reasonable, offering great value for the quality of the venue and its amenities. Nestled within the scenic Hillcrest Park, the lodge also provided a serene environment that enhanced the overall experience for our attendees. We highly recommend the Hillcrest Park Lodge for any professional...
Read morePersonally, I enjoy coming to Hillcrest park based on the actual park itself. My boyfriend lives across the street so it's very convenient if I want to take my dogs for a walk or just get some fresh air or whatnot. I like the overall layout, the tennis court, the large grassy area's are a great space to play frisby or soccer or sit and have a picnic lunch etc. But there is one thing that is about to make me stop visiting the park all together! There is absolutely no excuse for not providing toilet seat covers in the rest rooms at all times! Also, there has been no soap in the soap dispenser in the women's restroom the last handful of times I've been here and that's just unsanitary and unexcusable in my opinion. I understand that I can bring and use my own hand sanitizer but I feel the need to actually scrub my hands with an antibacterial hand soap and water in order to feel confident that my hands are clean & there's no reason why there should be people out mowing the grass but no one has time to refill the soap in...
Read moreWe went here for the first time this past weekend and were pleasantly surprised. There were lots of areas for enjoying different activities like basketball, tennis and soccer. Lots of space for picnics on the ground or at a picnic table with plenty of sheltered picnic areas as well. The playground is pretty amazing and spread out with all kinds of things for the kids to play on for just about any age. There are walking paths connecting everything in the park which is spread out pretty well also, with 2 bathrooms from what we saw, though due to covid only the one by the tennis courts was open at the time. Someone mentioned homeless populations in the woods in an earlier review though we did not encounter this ourselves but we did not explore the entirety of the park. Overall a great place to spend an afternoon or the whole day, can't...
