One our regular spots for a quick meal. Outdoor seating overlooking the Cahaba River is a real treat. Service has always been great. The food is very standard meat & 3 type menu served in take away boxes. It has always been good, hot and served with a smile. Its a good value for a quick lunch. After lunch, we peruse the meat selection of USDA prime cuts as well as the rest of their meat market. We have been pleased with the quality and freshness of our meat market purchases. Very clean. Things in the right place and on the isle that it states it's on. I went in for tomatoes which were firm and good unlike some of the tomatoes in the area at other stores. That was a plus. Parking lot was clean and perfect to run in and out. It's conveniently located so I can there qhick and back home pretty quick. The watermelon was sweet and good as well. I am only giving three stars because of the customer service. No one sooke to me when I entered the store no one asked if I needed help finding anything and when I was ready to check to out that looked at me like I was lost and then finally answered my question that...

My main go to... Fresh products and a surprisingly robust selection for the size of the store and the location... Feels like a small neighborhood market, but has most everything you will find at a much larger store... EXCELLENT craft brew and wine selection - and very knowledgeable staff for when you're not 100% sure... Red meat - yup, this is my 1st stop most days (select, Prime and often pretty good sales)...
