I had a blue screen of death on a 2yr old M.2 drive!!! I lost several files and will now do things a little differently. I called Bobby on Wednesday and brought it in and looked it over to see if anything could be recovered, but unfortunately it was completely dead.

So, I went and got a couple new M.2 and left them for him Wednesday night. Saturday he had made running again with a newly installed OS.

Sunday I spent several hours installing and configuring and by Sunday night I was back in business!

Can't say enough good things about his calm demeanor, knowledge on security and quick turn around when he has several large clients on his "on call" list.

Highly recommended for his knowledge and expertise!
