Fantastic experience with Mayfield Towing. Car overheated on the highway while driving through Missouri. I’m not from the area, and attempted to use my insurance (AAA) to get help. That didn’t work out, unsurprisingly. So I called Mayfield and the truck was there within 20 minutes, grabbing both my Jeep and the trailer I am towing. Transported me 45 minutes to a friend’s house, where we dropped the trailer off, then another 10 minutes to a repair shop. Cylinder started misfiring while driving from Missouri back home to Florida. We were fortunate enough to end up at this place. They dropped what they were doing first thing in the morning and got our car back up and running within an hour! Not only that, they did it for a very reasonable price and they were nothing but respectful and professional the entire time.

Honest, caring mechanic. I was stranded with car trouble while traveling between Kansas City and Jonesboro, AR. AJ responded to my distress very late in the day ,despite a very heavy schedule. He quickly diagnosed the problem (leaking hose to oil cooler) and towed my car to his shop. He ordered the repair part right away. When the part arrived late afternoon the next day he prioritized my repair and had my car ready to resume travel within 90 minutes. Very reasonable towing and labor charges.
