I believe that this is a very nice store with an amazing atmosphere. I can easily tell that this is a place put together and run by someone who has a genuine love and affection for the entire gaming culture. That being said, I only have two negatives concerning this store. 1, the items are overpriced. Some slightly and some dramatically, but I understand that this is business and keeping a game store operating is a very difficult job. 2, the items being sold are quite dirty and disgusting. I purchased a Zapper and NES Advantage from this store that we're very filthy but items that I wanted as a collector. I would like to offer the constructive criticism of taking some time with the items and cleaning them, getting rid of much of the nasty gunk that can build up over the years as a justification for the higher prices that are charged. I would also suggest a different price tag to use on these items since the ones currently used are difficult to remove and leave a thick residue behind. You know what Chris, I deleted my last review. You caught me at a stressful time, moving, new job, getting rid of things, and family stuff, I took the messages as an accusation. You made everything easy and fast, I give you that. I apologize for not having those items I assumed I had, I made the sheet in 2015 and updated it as much as I could and bought bulk FiGPiNs, I thought I had every Justice League FiGPiN, including the Flash.

My only complaint was I felt the messages towards the beginning after the sale weren't needed, as the transaction was finished on both parts, no further communication was needed until everything was thoroughly gone through and you were sure stuff was missing. Messaging me the night of saying you counted 80 FiGPiNs was an accusation that I was lying, when you later found the 131, that I knew I gave you at least. Same with the Poochy amiibo that you had and Skylander Bowser Hybrids that I told you I didn't collect as amiibo for...

Bought an old video game disc because I wanted to play some classics (Mario Party, Melee, etc...). The video game did not work, kept getting an error message. Tried to return the video game and they wouldn't take it back. They did even offer store credit! Will never shop from this place ever again!! They obviously do not test their used video games! I would not recommend anyone to shop here! Update: There were no offers of this "buffing service" nor does it say it on the website. Yes, I did not have a receipt, but does not mean selling products that dont work is right! Perhaps better time can be allocated legitimizing discs rather than awaiting negative responses online...
