If you enjoy great Sushi and Chinese food then Ninja of Japan is the place for you! My wife had a Pink Lady Roll which is spicy crab, avocado and tobiko wrapped in a pink soybean paper topped with crunchy bits and a spicy mayo sauce. The Pink Lady Roll melts as soon as it hits your mouth and you are met with amazing flavor! I had the Teriyaki chicken with a variety of mixed veggies that included broccoli, zucchini, onion and carrot with a side of fried rice. The Teriyaki was savory in every sense of the word, the chicken was tender and the veggies were cooked to perfection with a perfect crunch. The Crab Rangoon was filled with a sweet filling and was not soggy like some restaurants it was light and crispy! They have a signature sauce called yum yum I have no idea what is exactly in it except it is a mayonnaise based sauce and it is yum yum yummy. So if you are looking for that delicious lunch or that savory dinner hit up Ninja of Japan! You will not be disappointed! They have amazing staff, great food at reasonable prices. BEST SHRIMP TEMPURA!!! I’ve been living in Muncie three year and some months and this was my second last Saturday was the first time I ate there and I went back Sunday because it was that good, sorry I wish I had taken more pics from my first order but that’s ok I’ll tell you, my Daughter and I had tuna and salmon rolls and we also had spicy tuna and spicy salmon rolls too tasted fresh and delicious.we also had the shrimp tempura appetizer let me just say I am very picky when it comes to tempura it’s been years since I found a tempura I actually enjoy again, it is well made just the right taste,it’s perfectly crispy ,light and airy shrimp is a great size and the veggies are so yummy especially the sweet potato my personal favorite, I e also had the green egg drop soup and miso soup too etc was delicious well made, staff was super nice atmosphere was laid-back and chill over all the restaurant was super clean also I’m sad I waited three years to Try this place out but that’s ok I’m so enjoying it now and will...

I usually do not leave reviews but I was so happy to visit this place since I moved from NJ/NYC and miss these kind of places. We ordered different entrees and even the bento box along with basic sushi roll. The sushi roll wasn't bad but like I said, we ordered a very basic roll. The food on the other hand made me wish I was eating Chinese food next door instead because like the last reviewer said, the food was not tasty at all. I have ate at many express Japanese places that offer the same kind of menu from sushi to bento boxes to hibachi, etc. This was pure disappointed especially because of the price, I expected pure deliciousness.
