The women working in this store unknowingly changed my friends outlook on her future in such a positive way!! She is going through an unexpected divorce with literally no income, due to health issues she stopped working at 55, ten years ago. Her husband's income is in the mid-6 figures and they lived a comfortable life. However, all assets are locked until the divorce is finalized. With no money for an attorney, she was forced to find somewhere to live with the little money he was "so graciously 🤬" giving her to get by. So with no income, no recent credit history, and 2 golden retrievers, you can imagine what she was able to find, but so grateful she was able to keep her dogs. So after a morning of coffee and crying I took her out to try to make these 4, dark and outdated, rooms a home. Carpet and rugs were first on my list and our first stop was going to be Ollie's!! She had never been to an Ollie's and I headed her straight to the carpet section where we met the 1st of the 4 women who not only were the most pleasant employees, but also gave her hope!!! In the next hour they listened, they shared, they empathized, they lugged around heavy carpet, and shared her happy crying just like old friends. We were able to find beautiful carpet for 3 rooms at less than $80 per roll and a new outlook for free!!! I can't thank you enough for being there for...
Read moreNot a bad store if your really looking to get odds and ends for anything! They aren't joking when they say "Good stuff cheap!" Because they do end up getting a lot things that you probably see discontinued/out of season.
-has a lot of seasonal items that are no longer in season. a lot of items are marked down decently anywhere from 45%-75% (just a guess compared to what they "show you" on their tags) -I will say becareful buying food that is either seasonal or themed because they maybe stale or possibly close to expiration date. -definitely has a lot of housing decorations, bedding, blankets, odds and end books, food, area rugs, chairs some furniture, clothes and ect. Basically a mixed bag of whatever they get in. -Customer service has been ok honestly met cashier who was very kind and funny. Even made a mistake and corrected which lead to a lot of people laughing.
Over all nice store to check out if your looking for time to kill and just browse what they got. They seem to get fresh load of items each time I've gone there and rarely see the same things twice. Overall I like it and encourage people to check it out if for nothing else but...

So I said something to my husband about price gouging , Then all of a sudden , I heard a someone's voice yelling at me about how they are not price gouging , YES it was an employee unfortunately...And Yes they are price gouging, I bought a box of masks last August because my mother in law has Lung Cancer and I paid $20.00 for 50 masks!!!! Not everyone can afford $50. For these masks , people have bills and she can't wear these homemade masks because she feels like she can't breathe in them.... I am just very disappointed in the company because ,I have been a customer for years and always thought that their prices were the...
