Since the other week I placed an order for my husband's birthday and we agreed that they would do it for that day that I occupy it, and a few minutes ago today it first came out that I did not have the box that I chose for the flower arrangement, then he told me that The supplier would contact me to get me the box, then he told me that they would not arrive on time and that if I wanted another one I would go to their Facebook and look at what was available then I took time out of which I don't have why I also work 6 a week 12 hours and I finally found something that I liked, I let him know and we agreed that tomorrow Thursday I would have it between 9 and 10 am, then he told me that the flower that I chose did not arrive, only part of it arrived but that it would not be the same, I asked him What other options did I have, he only gave me one option and I asked him, will he have this floor and he answers that he would no longer do it because I had an emergency and that they would close the business from tomorrow, I understand that we have emergencies and that the situation gets out of hand hands but for these things we must create a plan in case these emergencies occur and not make a bad impression with customers, because if you have already made me bad twice with this time, the other time you sold me a necklace of withered flowers With the flower that I didn't ask for and also very expensive. Desde la otra semana hice un pedido para el cumpleaños de mi marido y quedamos en que lo harían para ese día que lo ocupo, y hoy hace unos minutos me salió por primera vez que no tenía la caja que elegí para el arreglo floral, luego me dijo que el proveedor se comunicaría conmigo para conseguirme la caja, luego me dijo que no llegarían a tiempo y que si quería otra iría a su Facebook y miraría lo que había disponible entonces.
