If you’re looking for a relaxing aesthetic place, this is not it. I should’ve done my research before booking. This place has different rooms the middle of other businesses so it was pretty busy. There were kids playing around the areas and blow dryers from the hair salon going off, which is fine, but again, not the most relaxing place to walk in to. The room I got put in was also not the most aesthetic, there was a broom and clutter through out the room. Doesn’t look professional or relaxing.
I received the Zen Scalp Massage as I just wanted a relaxing session, nothing special (washes, essential oils etc). My appointment started a few mins late which I thought was funny since they sent me around 4 emails in 3 days making me very aware of my appointment start time. The girl did apologize for being late but I could feel her being rushed so I just felt a bit uncomfortable. As I sat down she grabbed a brush from a pile of brushes and started brushing my hair. AND put it back on the pile of brushes. This made me want to get up and leave as I just had seen the previous customer leave and the thought of the same brush going through other people’s head was so nasty. This made me wonder if the other tools being used through out the massage weren’t disinfected. The room was not relaxing at all, it’s right by the washing machine/dryer & communal bathrooms. I don’t know if their AC was broken but I could hear it the whole time and just when I thought it couldn’t get worse, someone walked in and opened the squeaky door mid service. I thought maybe this was because I got the basic package but then I remembered there was a water bowl in the room so it’s definitely used for other services as well. All this considered I’m glad I didn’t spend on extra add ons, lesson learned. Spend your money...
Read moreVery pricy and the massage needs work. I have had this service in Las Vegas by a Japanese shop and done by a Japanese lady and oh my, there is a big difference. This one in UT provides the service but doesn’t. If you know what I mean. The head, shoulder and neck massage is weak and there is no love into it. If you had a pedicure by an Asian shop and then went to a non-Asian spot, this is what I mean. These places in UT need a workshop so they can be taught how the service should be provided not just being licensed. Anyways the bed was warm and the facial was good but everything else was a waste of time n money. It’s a 3 star because I have been to a head spa in other states and they provide excellent service for a reasonable fee. The fee here is high and I mean very expensive but doesn’t give...
Read moreI honestly was so excited for this- felt really rushed I paid for the deluxe treatment and I could just feel the person who was doing it did not want to be there - she didn’t even introduce herself. I felt so awkward and couldn’t even tell her- she asked me zero questions and told me nothing during the treatment - didn’t even ask if the water was too hot I’m sorry If it sounds like I’m being picky but I paid 310 dollars for this- I really wanted to feel relaxed but couldn’t because of how put off she was by me… I am disappointed in my experience. I have been to a lot of massages and never have had someone not introduce themselves or be kind. So shocked and...
