I went into this thrift store for the first time on Saturday, June 06. I was greeted by such kind employees and a welcoming atmosphere!

What really stood out to me was how the employees went above and beyond. Not only were they friendly at the cash counter, but at least two employees asked me if I needed anything or any help while I was in the furniture section. Troy was AWESOME. His upbeat personality and jokes made my entire day as he helped me bring my furniture choices to the front. I was looking for a mirror as well but couldn't find one on display that I liked, so Charles helped me look in the back to find a mirror. He was very kind and thorough in showing me all my options! Although I didn't find one during this visit, I LOVED their customer service. What an outstanding store!

I was searching for new furniture pieces for my room, and found a BEAUTIFUL seat and a unique bedside table that I adore. Plus, the furniture was at a phenomenal price that I couldn't ignore! Although I did find some cute shirts and dresses, their clothing selection was a little smaller than some other thrift stores, so I'd focus more on their vast array of furniture than their clothing selection.

Not only would I absolutely shop here again, but I'm already planning my next visit!

Yesterday was such a great example of how awesome this store is. I started a new full-time job, and I'm moving into a bigger apartment and need to furnish it. After work, I rushed to the store and got there fifteen minutes before closing. I was mainly looking for a washer and dryer, and they helped me with that right away and found perfect ones within five minutes. When I told them that I was moving into a new place, they told me to use the last ten minutes of the store being open to look around and find what looks right. They were so patient with me!

I was perusing The Other Side Thrift Boutique yesterday for completely unrelated items when I stumbled upon the most beautiful velvet Victorian couch. I bought it and was prepared for delivery a week out. I got a call to schedule delivery less than 5 minutes after I left the store and I was scheduled for the very next day. Lance and Lamb arrived 20 minutes early and were so careful to take care of my floors, walls, and my new beautiful couch. The couch was wrapped in plastic, they laid moving blankets on the floor, and were so polite and considerate in everything they did. They had the nearly impossible job of maneuvering this six-legged thing up two flights of stairs, down a hallway, and through a door at a right angle. I recently had the pleasure of visiting The Other Side Thrift Boutique for the first time, and my experience was nothing short of exceptional, thanks to Keyubba and Hardy. These two delivery guys went above and beyond to make my visit memorable. Not only did they help me find the perfect couch at a great price, but their kindness and friendliness were comparable to the excellent service at Chick-fil-A.

Keyubba and Hardy's positive attitude and warm smiles made the entire process enjoyable. They were knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping me find what I needed. The store itself is impressively laid out, reminiscent of RC Willey, but with much better prices.
