I went in last night for karaoke. The DJ's were amazing and had a great sound. I waited 10 minutes for service. It was not busy at all when I got there. Towards the end of the night I stood there with an empty beer for 15 minutes while I watched the bar tender pick up a receipt, run a receipt out, and clean the bar. I moved to two different spots trying to get her attention. There was 3 people sitting at the bar. Want to go there for a good buzz I'd suggest getting your buzz on before you go.... Want good karaoke, then this is the place. A+ for karaoke D- on service. Ohhh and I did tip because I'm good that way but tipped lower than I would for good service. Been in the bar business. Not surprised it wasn't a packed house or even quarter of compacting. Customer service is a must if you want butts in the seat. I'd have drank more if I could have gotten the service. Read moreIt’s a shame I gotta write this. First time I came here real good bar, good folk, bartender...felt like it could be a local one I’d come to. Second time. Get ID’d - not a problem. What is, is not accepting a passport. You should know that Utah law states anyone over 21 with a state drivers license or passport or military ID - can drink at a bar. It does not state, that a passport must be an American passport. By logic that would mean that non-Americans can’t drink at any bar in Utah - which is ridiculous and obviously not the law, common sense should tell anyone that. Anyway after a long argument with a newly employed barmaid and her boss, who served me, ironically; the first time without IDing me! Got me no-where! I was asked to leave, feeling pretty pissed! Cmon guys...
Read moreGood food but the atmosphere is terrible . I’m a person that likes to try different things. Rude “ regulars “ whenever I come here . I Come here every few months for the food the environment atmosphere is very different and makes you feel uncomfortable especially because bikers and there gangs i couldn’t even say nothing about bikers because people warned me there to not say certain things because I would get hurt. They need to change how they handle the customers it’s a really white collar biker bar and they don’t care what the bikers do . More diversity would be great here it just feels like you’re in a 1950s bar that’s segregated. Met one of the owners they’re rude and never reply to the bad reviews on here. It’s best to just get your...
