Went here because I needed to be by a bathroom due to bodily issues and the fact that my house was unable to be occupied because my brother set it on fire the other night. I hadn't had time to figure out where to go just yet. I spent an hour in the bathroom because whenever I coughed I leaked. I'm just getting over viral bronchitis. This lady came in there and told me to leave it else she's going to call an ambulance because there's people waiting to use the bathroom. I left the bathroom and waited nearby for these "people" who didn't exist because I needed it. She then came over to me, coughing and trying to hold my @ss together, and told me I need to leave. She threatened to call an ambulance again (for something that was definitely not an emergency) and told me that "maybe they can take me somewhere else that I can be that has a bathroom." I've already been to the hospital. The ambulance drives people to the hospital. I came here by car, I wasn't about to just leave my car at Walgreens so that I could go use the bathroom somewhere else. I wasn't in there trying to bother anybody. I wasn't planning on being there all day. I had already used the bathroom in 2 different businesses and just needed something concrete until my man got out of work down the street so that we could see if his family would let us stick around. I've never had an issue at the Walgreens on Apple. There have been times I needed a place to be over there and they let me be there for a couple hours and never said anything. They even gave me hot coffee at one point and let me drink it there. But apparently Holton Rd Walgreens is just run by people who have no soul at all. But no, keep treating people who are unkempt like they're a burden. See how far that gets you. Whoever you are, lady, I hope everything hits the fan for you all at once and then somebody treats you the same way you treated me. Have the life...
Read moreI usually fill my prescription here every few months. Tonight I was waited on by a guy at the drive through who was pretty unpleasant. My prescription cannot be filled until the following day but I drop it off the day before to pick up in the morning as I work early. Never had a problem before. But I do notice that when filling a pain medication, you are treated differently. He looked at my prescription, tossed it on the counter and said, "I can't do anything with this." I asked if he could just fill it for the morning for me to pick it up and he said no. He told me that people say he lost their prescription. What does this have to do with me? He just didn't want to do it because it was a day early and he labeled me. I know this review doesn't matter. I generally like Walgreens and they have been great. My problem is just with the employee. Again, it doesn't matter. I'm just a junkie looking for relief for...
Read moreI went to this walgreens for about the 4th time for my wife to pick up a prescription for my daughter. Every time they have been rude. But, tonight around 7.30 a heavy set lady with a pink pony tail was so rude, threw a temper tantrum then made me drive around again and go to end of line because she didnt have ready. She was rolling her eyes and very bitchy. I wonder how she got the job and most important how does she keep it. What horrible service. There was 3 women in there trying to figure out things and all seemed very bitter... all i said is that i would like to pick up my daughters prescription. I was polite and drove around and waited 20min. then the pink pony pig got upset because my engine fan turned on. I can only guess that they are using the drugs themselves.. Life is short, dont go here. Im sure other walgreens are fine, but dont go here unless you want to be...
