I eat out often, and I can confidently say that my experience at Culver’s was one of the best I’ve ever had—all thanks to Ashleigh! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and a genuinely welcoming attitude. It wasn’t just the usual "Hi, how are you?"—she made me feel like a valued guest rather than just another customer.
Ashleigh's attention to detail was outstanding. She made sure my order was accurate, checked on me throughout my meal, and even went the extra mile to ensure everything was fresh and exactly how I wanted it. What really stood out was her enthusiasm—she wasn’t just doing her job; she was creating an experience. Her energy, kindness, and professionalism made a lasting impression.
I’ve been to plenty of restaurants where employees just go through the motions, but Ashleigh is different. She clearly takes pride in what she does, and it shows in the way she treats customers. Culver’s is lucky to have her, and if anyone deserves a raise, it’s her. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I hope management recognizes how much of an...
Read moreI’ve visited this location 4 times since it’s opening about a month ago. I’ve only had one GOOD sandwich out of four. The menu board is confusing, it does not state the sandwiches are plain and the only options for adding things are under build a better burger option. I ordered in the drive thru today, built my own burger then was asked if I just wanted to make it a deluxe (with no context to what that is) and add the other requested items. IT SHOULD NOT BE THIS DIFFICULT to order a sandwich. Your staff was great listening to my complaint, and allowing me to vent my frustrations with my current and past orders. Then the owner decided to insert himself in the conversation. Sir, you need to take some classes on deescalation. Telling someone who is frustrated “that you hope their day goes better”, is fighting words. You get ONE star for only giving your customers ONE napkin (on both drive thru experiences) to eat their greasy gooey foods with and for being a...
Read moreFirst time here, there were 2 people ahead of us, they got their food in about 3 minutes. When our turn was up, we sat for 20 minutes, with 5 cars behind us. Absolutely ridiculous. Got our food and the burgers were Luke warm, had 2 dots of mustard and a blob of ketchup. Patties and cheese were upside down. VERY poorly run location as culvers are usually dependable. We almost didn't want to eat wondering why our food took 20 minutes to make. For 2 burgers, 2 fries, 2 corndogs, and 30 bucks, we got ONE SINGLE napkin. Based on other reviews, they're obviously trained to do this to be cheap. The owner is gross, and shouldn't be managing a business. We will not be back. Culvers corporate should be very concerned about the poor quality of this location! This is not culvers standard at all, might as well be a completely...
