8 months ago I had Eric come out and had a wonderful experience. See below for original post. Fast forward to a few weeks ago. Had the same problem with my washer, took a week but Eric was able to come out (on 8/22) and replace a part. Apparently didn't test the washer afterwards because that same day we tried to use it and now shakes out of control. Called Monday (8/24) and was told maybe Tuesday (8/25) but most likely Friday (8/28). Fine. Gave them my wife's phone number, they already had mine and never received a phone call, and never showed. Called Saturday at 11am when they opened (8/29 Today) and was told "oh yeah, we missed a service call yesterday. Sorry about that. We'll be out today. He has another appointment in your area." Called again at 2pm (because they close at 3pm) and double checked if they were coming out and was asked "are you willing to take a late service call? Eric will be out between 4-6:30pm tonight." Once again, no call, no show. All I want is an honest answer. Are you actually coming out? Am I doing something wrong? Is my money not good enough? Is it possible for you to call someone back? I'm overly frustrated as my washer has been broke now for over two weeks, I've paid to get it fixed, I've called and called and called and never received a call back. How do you run a business like this? I hate giving bad reviews and I'd love to talk to the woman who schedules appointments but there's no one to take my phone call now, and I don't really expect a call back since that doesn't seem to be a service they provide.
Original post Called and got a same day appointment. Eric came out and got right to work . Had the part he needed in his truck, fixed my washer on the spot. Gave me reasons why it may have broke, and suggestions on how to avoid it in the future. Blown away by his service and bed side manner . They will be my go to service from now on . Thank you thank...
   Read moreWould not recommend at all. Been waiting on a part for our refrigerator for two weeks now. Ordered the wrong part three times. Was told they would be here at noon, never showed. Called the next day only to find out they had receive the wrong part. which is fine, didn't have an issue with that. Was not happy they never bothered to call us. Finally showed up, but never called so we weren't home. Was eventually called on the 3rd, we returned call a couple times plus left a text letting him know he could just drop the part off, we could put it in. No call back. Called today Monday to find out when he would be out to put the part in that would literally take 15 minutes. The lady at the desk told us we were on the top priority list' which to me would mean first thing in the morning? She informs me she would call him to see when he would be here. Figuring she would call me back and give me a time. Nope, two hours later I call back only to be told again "I will call him and push him along". two hours later, another day wasted sitting around waiting, not even a call. I just wanted to know what time to expect him. So, not happy again, I call to see if she had a time for me? Only to be told "would it help if I drop the part off" My response was "no, what would help is if you would call me back and let me know what the f@#@ time he is coming out. Well she didn't like my response and hung up on me. I don't get why it went from top priority to just dropping my part off. Now mind you the repairman took our refrigerator part with him, which we need to plug the other part into. Otherwise we'd just order the part we need ourselves. Not happy being spun...
   Read moreMy 7 year old Frigidaire upright freezer kicked a breaker and stopped fuctioning. Upon resetting the breaker, the compressor and electronic temp panel weren't functioning. In checking around on a Friday evening, no services were available. I stopped into Olson's store on Monday 10/19/2020 and Eric advised it sounded like an internal circuit board failure. He arrived at my residence within an hour to diagnose the problem, which he confirmed was a circuit board. He created a jumper wire to have the compressor circulate even though the bad board prevented the freezer from cooling. Olson contacted me on Tuesday and advised that parts from China were not being shipped. He was able to locate a part somewhere in the USA. Eric stated they would send it to the store, but not quickly. He stated they would be out on Tuesday to install the new replacement circuit board. Kurt arrived at 1 PM and installed the part and checked & re-calibrated the freezer. I'm impressed with the employees (all family members) commitment to resolve my freezer issues as quickly as possible. I will quickly tell all who are in need of an appliance repair to seek them out. The price was more than fair, the service both prompt & professional, and the concern for performing a good job seemed very important to all I came in contact with at their store.
