When the Central Meat Market shut down the only options I really had were get meat from the grocery stores which God only knows where it came from, what's in it, etc., or the farmers market which had very limited availability.
Then my buddy told me about this place and I went the very next day. Very professional and courteous, great customer service, probably the freshest meat I've ever bought and I've already grilled steaks and sausages, made cheeseburgers and meatballs, and everything was perfect and yeah I'm a good cook but without the right cuts and freshness it doesn't matter.

If you want super old frozen meat shipped from a random third world country injected with preservatives and water to add weight than by all means, enjoy your mystery meat. OR support local business and get fresh delicious meat from local farmers....

They threw in 2 extra of your 99 cent chicken sticks for my trouble...... I'll put this in another review too as we are talking about MEAT PRODUCTS,. Quality and fresh are all your customers are...

All that was in the case was some prepackaged meats that was being sold at discount price (nothing says fresh like discounted prepackaged brownish meat). Even those were slim picking, wasn't much to choose from. A few New York strips and a few Rib-eyes and some sort of mystery cut meat. I'm guessing fresh cut meat is not their specialty. It was our first time stopping in and unfortunately our last....
