Sorry but it’s a no from me. Went here to bowl with five people, and after we had paid I went back and asked if we could have bumpers up because last time we bowled out wrists were getting tired and a few balls went in the gutter. We were then told we could not have them up because “we are not children”.. never heard that rule but no problem. I then went to ask for a refund for JUST me as I did not feel like I was going to do good (and I didn’t honestly lol I barely ever bowl) and when I asked I was then pretty much bullied being told that “I’m a party pooper” or “don’t be lame” and that “it’s not about the money” and to “just go and have fun”

ARE YOU SERIOUS?? This guy MARK was completely disrespectful and I cannot believe I was spoken to this way. Not only was he rude, but the other two guys in there SAID nothing and just kept a smile on their faces. I was completely embarrassed and went back to my lane and cried because I don’t handle that type of confrontation very well and I was sooo embarrassed. I will not be returning to this place to bowl.

I feel that most, not all, of the staff were very compassionate and showed a willingness to assist in any needs of each patient. However, the entire facility needs remodeling, and all the toilets need to be able to properly flush. My roommates and I dealt with a backed-up toilet for 4 days before somebody finally did something about it.

I feel that the entire facility is very unsanitary, thus proving that it is not looked after well enough by the director of the facility. Staff, overall, seemed lazy about their clean-up jobs. The showers needed to be thoroughly disinfected daily to help prevent staphloccous from building up, and other viruses and infections.

I also would recommend that the pharmacy in the facility carry other drugs for those who suffer from erosive esophagitis, and/or GERD. I suffered daily because they would give me nothing more than 75 mg Ranitidine twice each day and time three times per day. So, overall, I rate my experience...

Came here 2 weeks ago on a Tuesday at 6:00pm for a guys night out. Were told we couldn’t bowl because a league started at 7. We could have bowled a minimum 2 games in a hour. Were willing to bowl just one and they said no. They already had everything ready for league. So we asked what day league is. They said tuesdays. So we come tonight on a Monday at 6:00pm. Now we were told they have league on Monday, Tuesday, Friday. Came same time as a Tuesday we were told no play at 6:00. This time said we could bowl until 6:50. So we bowl a game in 15 minutes. They refused to let us play anymore saying they had to wax the lane which took 5 minutes. We could easily have played 1 more game. If they are going to have so many damn league nights, we will never come here again. If you aren’t a “league” person better not come 3...
