I came here today for a birthday party for my son's friend. There was multiple children there and all the kids were acting great nobody was rough with the games or anything in that place. The skinny guy with brown long hair was giving an attitude towards the birthday boys grandma and made her pay for every kids parent that came in even if the parents had no interest in playing the games they just wanted to sit at the door and wait for there children to finish playing. Some of the parents went outside to get a breather and I was watching some of the kids. Than the staff came up to me asking where the other children's parents were and I said I dont know probably outside he stated that they weren't and he looked everywhere for the parents and can't find them. I said well i dont know what to tell you my kid is in the back with his friends. He said there parents have to be in here or they can't stay.i stated there fine i will keep an eye on them until there back. He said no you can't do thst. Later I found out that he kicked two 11 year old kids out on the street and nobody was told about it. They walked across the street to the park where some of the parents were. The skinny brown hair guy than started giving me an attitude and was panicking. I than asked so if I brought my son and 2 friends with me here to play games, since im not a parent that they wouldn't be aloud to be inside with me? He said no I told him thats crazy. This is a place for children you will always have multiple kids in there. He than said the parents are not responsible and was talking down on the parents. He took all of his frustration out on me and I didn't do anything wrong I was inside with my kid and his friends that I know very well,as well as some of the parents. They entrusted me to watch the kids as they played games. This man is very unprofessional he kept saying this is my business and if you dont like it get out. He said im over this you can get out. I went and grabbed my son and his friends and went outside.i was over his attitude and started yelling back at him. I walked outside and met with 2 parents.I let them know what was going on. Than the skinny guy followed me back out with an attitude so I cut him off and said go back inside and leave us alone. He kept getting louder so I got louder and told him to go back inside. He yelled at me and said dont tell me what to do. We were in the place for an hr tops. A few hrs before we were in there for like 2 hrs. This guy is trying to say you can't leave your kids here all day. Which nobody was doing. This man could have handled every situation he dealt with better. This man doesn't need to be working here at all. He never once tried to deescalate the situation just kept giving attitude. I told this man why are you talking to me about other parents children. Not knowing thst he already kicked 2 kids out. If your thst worried about unattended children than why would you kick them out of the building. This man wanted everyone's money than at any chance kicks us all out. Nobody gave attitude or was bieng disrespectful to anything in that place. I will never bring anybody here to this place and I will let everyone know my experience here. Than I find out he is not the owner and that he is filling in for his wife that owns the business and multiple other business in the area. Please have a conversation with the staff and if you want to know my story in better and more accurate detail please respond.

The games were fun some of the buttons on some of the games didn't work which isn't a big deal. 12 bucks for all day seems to be like a good price. But the amount of disrespect that I recieved from this guy was...

Rented The Vault out for a private party and I will be 100% honest here, I will do it again just for funsies! The owners are very polite and attentive and the place is amazing! Everytime you look or revisit a room there's more trinkets that scratch the soul of a 90's kid or a throwback game to love and there's even a party room for pizza and cake! Music of choice was an awesome added detail as well. I have never been so happy with a business before and my kids have never loved a birthday more than this one! This place is as nostalgic as Rainbow Road! We went for close to 4 hours, 3 of us for $36. That was cheaper than lunch. They have all the consoles, even ones we've never seen before that looked like you could only get them in Japan. The owner was very nice and we had a good chat.
