This is my local NAPA and until today, it's been a typical auto parts store, you go in, spend money, then leave. Not overly friendly but not rude either, just a typical bunch of guys selling auto stuff. Today, after spending roughly $25 I asked to use the restroom and was told it wasn't open to the public but I could walk across the street to the bar. Really? I'm pushing 75, can barely walk with a cane and that's your option? I am not able to walk across a street. I raised 5 boys, I get using a bathroom with men might be less than clean but since when do you tell an old disabled woman to walk across the street to a bar?

After checking my owners manual and identifying the 100 amp fuse that controls the lighter I walk into Napa, Mrytle Point and ask the gentleman at the counter for a 100 fuse for my lighter. He immediately said that's too high amperage for a lighter! He was nice enough to come out to the parking lot and troubleshoot my problem. He took off the panel under the left dashboard ( I forgot about that little box) and easily located from diagram on back of panel. It turns out I needed a 15 amp for my " power outlet".
