I go almost every night from midnight to 5 am or 6 am depending on how I'm feeling. Very nice gym; great staff, very good manager and assistant and the nightshift manager is very very diligent, thoughtful and helpful. He is close to a degree from SFA in Kinesiology. Bright young veteran that works hard, does his job well and is very patient , helpful and kind to members. If you need him to clean your house I'll bet he might because he seems to love that vacuuming up there at the gym. You could eat off the floor and not get a single germ, and he uses a mop like he actually takes pride in his work no matter what it is. I trust him just from watching how well he looks after that Planet Fitness at night. The machines are great, some hammer strength, some nautilus, and some free weight dumbbells ( 5 to 75 lbs) four free weight press stations with smith machine assist. Many core work machines, and, obliques and lower back. Back machines and biceps machines. Tricep machines. Shoulder press, chinning stations, incline, flat and decline press machines. They call the decline press machine the tricep press machine because it works triceps...

My home gym is the Nacogdoches location and I have had multiple memberships with them over the past 7 years I have lived here. I absolutely love this location due to their professionalism and obvious care for their members. Any time a piece of equipment was waiting for repairs, it seemed as if the problem was fixed by the next time I came back. I travel a lot so whenever I've had issues at other clubs, a single phone call to Nac took care of everything (I have even heard them be VERY persuasive with other clubs if I was having a hard time with them). The ONLY thing I wish I could see happen is floor staff addressing small groups (typically teenage boys) that like to hang around equipment and socialize rather than work out. Other than that, I am extremely happy with my experience. I convinced my significant other to get a Black Card membership and encourage friends who don't like working out at the university gym to try PF out. 10/10 will keep...

I’m a black card member from a different city. Due to my travels I’ve been to over 30 planet fitness facilities. This store was dingy, and the sales counter wasn’t near the door, so it’s a bit concerning safety wise, and the facility is not in the best area of town. I wanted my girlfriend to see the facilities and join theNacogdoches planet fitness. I didn’t feel like signing in, nor leaving my information prior to looking at the facility. The female who waited on us, acted like it was her first day, The manager came over and when I said, “Im good, I don’t like the lack of professionalism”, there was no attempt to try to sell us anything, or find out what the problem was. The place was dirty, and the lack of professionalism were the reasons, I didn’t sign Her up. Maybe try updating the facility, so it doesn’t look like Nursery school Chairs. Definitely a case of turning a buyer...
