I CAN NOT BELIEVE MY CAJUN WINGS WERE NOT FULLY COOKED, MOST OF ALL I CANT BELIEVE WHEN I CALLED TO SPEAK WITH THE ASSISTANT MANAGER HE TOLD AN EMPLOYEE TO TELL ME HE WAS NOT ABLE TO COME TO THE PHONE HE WAS BUSY. MY REPLY WAS MY WINGS WERE NOT DONE, HE THEN SAID WELL MY MANAGER IS BUSY AND IS NOT GOING TO COME TO THE PHONE IF YOU WANT TO TALK TO HIM CALL BACK AT ANOTHER TIME. AFTER BEING TOLD THAT I IMMEDIATELY BECAME AN ANGRY CUSTOMER AND SAID I WILL COME IN TO THE STORE. I MADE IT TO THE STORE 15 MINS LATER ONCE I ARRIVED I ASKED FOR THE MANAGER (JUSTIN CHACKER) THE GUY TOLD ME HE WAS THE MANAGER I BEGIN TO EXPLAIN AND SHOW HIM MY BONE OUT WINGS WERE NOT COOKED AND ASKED IF HE COULD REMAKE MY ORDER HE THEN SAID NO I WILL NOT REMAKE THE COMPLETE ORDER BUT I WILL REMAKE THE WINGS IF YOU WOULD LIKE. I WILL NOT REMAKE THE FULL DINNER BOX BECAUSE 4 SLICES OF PIZZA IS MISSING SO I EXPLAINED TO HIM I STARTED FEEDING MY CHILDREN AND REALIZED THE WINGS WERE NOT FULLY COOKED SO THERE WAS NO WAY WE WOULD FINISH THE BOX. REMIND YOU IM 15 MINUTES AWAY FROM PIZZA HUT SO I HAD TO DRIVE HOME EXPERIENCE THIS THEN DRIVE BACK TO THE STORE SO THE PIZZA BECAME COLD. HE STILL SAID IM NOT MAKING THE ENTIRE BOX I WILL REMAKE THE WINGS WITH AND ATTITUDE SO THE CONVERSATION THEN BECAME AN ARGUMENT REMIND YOU THAT MY DINNER BOX PIZZA IS OPEN THE ENTIRE TIME AND WE ARE BOTH TALKING HE’S ANGRY AND IM SURE IT WAS POSSIBLE AS WE TALK SPIT COULD BE ON THE PIZZA. HE CLOSED MY BOX TOLD ME TO TAKE MY PIZZA AND LEAVE HIS STORE HE GAVE ME AN OPTION I DID NOT WANT IT SO I NEED TO LEAVE. AFTER ALL OF THIS I ASKED FOR A REFUND HE SAID DEFINITELY NOT SO I DIDNT RECEIVE MY MONEY OR MY FULL DINNER BOX, I RECEIVED ONE RECTANGULAR SAUSAGE PIZZA AND BONELESS BURING HOT WINGS I THEN SAID THIS IS NOT WORTH $21.64 CAN I GET BREAD STICKS AS WELL HE FOUND BREAD STICK ON TOP OF EQUIPMENT THERE IN THE STORE NEXT TO THE PIZZA OVEN AND HONESTLY TOLD ME YOU CAN TAKE THESE IM NOT SURE HOW LONG THEY HAVE BEEN SITTING HERE. I SAID ARE YOU SERIOUS TOUCHED THEM AND THEY WERE COLD AND ASKED HIM IF HE COULD MAKE SOME FRESH HE SAID NO, I THEN TOLD HIM ILL BE CONTACTING CORPORATE. HE THEN SAID I CAN SPEAK WITH JOSH OR ALLEN AND NIETHER ONE WILL DO ANYTHING ABOUT THE SITUATION. Read moreEdit: I'm now reviewing the buffett: First impression was that it's an extremely SMALL buffet. There was 5 of us. The plates are small oval shapes, not round like regular plates. The paper towels on each table is great, you don't have to wait on, or ask for, napkins. The girl server was very friendly, very nice. Getting our drinks took longer than expected. Overall I give it a 3. Just really disappointed in the size of the buffet.
I asked for 2 pizzas, heavy BBQ sauce, light cheese. Then I also asked for 2 more pizzas, heavy pizza sauce, light cheese. So 4 pizzas all together. The 2 BBQ pizzas had absolutely NO sauce. Not a single drip of sauce. The other 2 pizzas had a regular or normal amount of pizza sauce. All 4 pizzas had extremely heavy cheese, but I specifically asked for light cheese! I took all 4 pizzas back inside the store and proved to them- I peeled back the cheese and showed them that the only thing there was on the BBQ pizza (under the cheese) was bread, not a single drip of sauce. And the man said- "I made these pizzas all myself, they're all correct!" Um excuse me?! How were they correct when I was proving my facts to him by peeling away the THICK layers of cheese??? Then a 2nd man walked up to listen. A girl employee had been standing there the entire time listening & she told the 2nd man "She says her pizzas weren't made properly?!?!" From her body language- I wanted to ask her "Is it that hard to believe yall messed up an order?!?!" Because she just kept looking so confused yet she wasn't helping at all. So then the 2nd man said "I can give you a couple containers of BBQ if that'll make you happy" I said "no it won't make me happy, I want my $50 order of pizzas to be remade & done properly, which is how I paid for them to be made- heavy sauce on both and both with light cheese!" A few seconds later, they placed a couple of TEENY TINY clear plastic containers of BBQ sauce on top of my 4 boxes of pizza & then I was asked "Is there anything else I can do for you today?" I said, "Yes! I asked yall to just remake my pizzas how I asked them to be made after spending $50, I'm a loyal and repeat customer, I am constantly ordering pizzas from here all the time, you can pull up my name & number and see for yourself, but since yall aren't going to remake them, I'll just start ordering from Domino's Pizza on North Street. I didn’t realized it was undercooked until I was about to throw it away the next day cause it had been sitting on the kitchen table all night long, the pie was literally stuck to the cardboard and it was clearly undercook no doubt. My son only ate half of 2 slices and it made him sick, about an hour later he just vomited everything and he was nauseous afterwards he’s just 4 years old so of course he doesn’t know better about his food this is just infuriating that they would let this happen they are serving food to people they need to be more careful about this things!
