Staples — Local services in Napa

Stephanie and Javier are the rudest people I've had to deal with in a long time. Javier claimed they didn't offer the business printing services I asked for, after showing him the sample Steph gave to me he raised his voice and claimed they didn't offer it at this location but to come back when Steph was working. I come back the next day only to have Steph tell me they do offer the services but that my mother and I had stolen the sample she gave to me.

Even after this, I make an attempt to still buy business cards, only to have her refuse to help me, claim that I must order online and that I could not send/give her the necessary file to print my business cards.

I'm a small business owner and don't have time to deal with people who don't want to be cooperative and refuse to work. I'd give this place 0 stars if I could, never coming back.

FedEx or Copy Corner are far much better options with much better...

Staples stole or lost my son's 3D printer when we dropped it off to be shipped. They would not give us a receipt when asked. When we noticed it was not shipped we went in or called 9 times. The assistant manager knows us because we purchased so much stuff from them. He remembers us dropping it off. We needed a statement that we dropped it off so we could use our insurance. He wanted to but Staples bullied him and threaten him--if he did it he would be fired-- crazy story but true. After calling corporate and they said it put them in an unfavorable position. What about my son 15 years old and saved for a year. They force their employees to lie and will not do the right thing. What does this teach my son. Do not...

Okay so they no longer have a whole bunch of items corporate has dis ontinued so if its on the site that doesn't mean it's in store. Yes they shred, yes it's cheap, but not as cheap as throwing in a pile of soil and breaking apart for compost. The ink deal for returning cartridges is great, but not as much as you save in gas not going. The store is clean, and employees are genuinely kind, and funny too. Don't think the bulk prices are fair? Its worse in store. If they discounted when you buy 2 they'd get a hold on some business...
