Vine Tours Luxury Transportation — Local services in Napa

My wife and I came to Napa to celebrate our 41st anniversary. This was our second trip to Napa and first using Vine Tours which was awesome! We utilized another Tour service on our first visit and had a great experience. I was not able to locate them for this trip and chose Vine Tours after an extensive google search based on the excellent reviews posted for them. We were very had that we chose Vine Tours! The owner Aundrea Rodamaker, was very helpful in assisting us with planning the trip. She was responsive to questions and updates and made the entire process easy. I appreciated her friendliness and willingness to accommodate our requests while offering helpful suggestions. The tour itself was flawless. Aundrea, sent a reminder the day before and arrived to pick us up 15 minutes early. The car was clean and comfortable and Aundrea shared interesting insights about the area, recent history of events and other interesting insights about the wineries en route to each location. We visited (3) wineries in the Alexander Valley and enjoyed each one - Silver Oak, Jordan and J Vineyards. Aundrea is a top-notch tour guide! She planned a great day for me and my friends. We'd all been on winery visits before so we chose Vine Tours for their expertise in building custom programs and insider knowledge. Aundrea's itinerary surpassed all our expectations! We went to wineries which we probably wouldn't have thought of by ourselves and we were looked after very well everywhere we went. We petted horses, rode on ATVs, tasted estate made balsamic vinegar from casks, met winemakers and owners, saw beautiful views, ate wonderful local food pairings as well as tasting delicious wines! The three places we visited all offered very different experiences so everything balanced out well. Another great thing Aundrea does (if you like) is take photos of you throughout the day on a professional camera and gives you a link so you can download the ones you want. I can't say enough good things about Aundrea and this company! She was very easy to work with before our trip and during our trip. Very punctual and super friendly. She was very knowledgeable and we learned so much about Napa from her. I will have her plan our trip next time. She is familiar with all the wineries and even knows people that work at them. One day is was raining and we were supposed to have a trail ride. She took the initiative to call the winery for us to see if the ride was still on, and if it were to be rained out she arranged to have a tasting instead. She took charge and was a true concierge. She even took pics of our group at each stop and knew the best photo op places. She was a super sweetheart and we even felt like she belonged in our group.
