I have been looking for a while for a place to get my lashes done again. ⛽I got tired of driving to Chicago and paying for parking.

I found this Studio 3 months 📆 ago and priced them out based on my expectations. Then I compared them to everyone in the area, looked at their reviews, called and asked more questions😂 At first I thought their services are pricey💵. and I didnt see any promotions for their location so I waited and tried another place in Oak Park. After having an ok job done in Oak Park, I called back and booked an appointment under the impression you get what you pay for👍.

I booked my appointment with Maria who met with me consulted me in much greater detail than other places. She was professional, kind, and went above and beyond to understand what I wanted to do with my lashes, medical history, and listened to what I was previously not 100% happy with my last set. I am thrilled to say I have found a bomb eye lash location. Le struggle is most definitely real finding quality service. I have been getting my lashes done for almost 11 months now, and I was on the hunt for a new lash extension location. Bella Lash Studio is a great!! Today was my 2nd time going this time for a lash fill. I am overly pleased with my service experience. The studio is super cute and very clean. Parking is limited on the block of the location, but not the worst to deal with. The staff is very professional and friendly. Suehey is amazing! She does phenomenal lash work and has a great personality! Very personable! My lash fill today took only about 40 mins. The fastest lash fill I have ever had, and they look great! Getting lashes can be quite a long process, but at Bella lash, they make sure you are comfortable.

Getting your lashes done requires a lot of maintenance, but it is well worth it. I would give up getting my nails done now over my lashes. A natural lash extension leaves you feeling beautiful with no makeup. If you are in the market for lashes, I would highly recommend Bella...

Due to the residual effects of Bell's palsy, I can no longer wear eye make-up. I decided to try eyelash extensions as an alternative, and having no idea how they work, I purchased a Groupon for two full sets. I initially went in on December 16th, 2015, and it was then that I learned that if I continue to maintain the lashes, I will never need a second "full set". I was attended to by Suhey, and I absolutely loved the lashes, and found Suhey to be personable, attentive and accommodating. At that time, I questioned the 2nd Groupon, knowing that I would be coming in regularly for fill-ins, and would not need a 2nd "full set". This is when things started to go south. I was told that I would need to speak with Maria, and after several discussions, the upshot was that the 2nd Groupon could only be used for one "fill-in", unless I wanted to wait until all of the lashes needed to be replaced, which of course I do not. While the Groupon served to get me in the door, the poor customer service and even poorer business acumen has me looking for a...
