We had Coppes Napanee come pick up trees off of our property so they could mill it and run it through the kiln to dry it. Malachi came out, was very quick, respectful, and kind to my young son running around. He gave me lots of good advice and tips, and was up front about costs and time it would take. Malachi Mast showed me true Integrity: When it was time to pick up, we had a small misremembrance of communication - I thought maybe I owed a little less than I paid because we decided not to have it delivered. I had no proof of this because I had gotten a new phone and lost my texts with him - I wasn't too concerned about it because the wood was done beautifully and dried to our desired level (we cannot wait to get started on our project), so I told him not to worry about it. We are the second owners of our home. We are pleased the original owners chose Coppes Napanee products for the design and cabinets in our kitchen. 60 years after the initial install the cabinet doors and drawer fronts were showing some wear. I contacted the company and found out that they also do refinishing work at their Napanee shops. Coppes took the doors and drawer fronts, matched the stain color, and refinished the items. We added some new pulls and knobs (suggested by Malachai) and we have a GREAT looking kitchen! The take-out and install of cabinets and drawer fronts went extremely well. The service was excellent, and we felt the pricing was within our budget. Coppes Napanee was nothing short of amazing to work with. We ordered cabinets from them for our kitchen remodel and they turned about beautifully! We worked a lot with their owner Wesley as well as Misty, and both were very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. Being in a different state then their headquarters I didn’t know how connected we would feel to their company, but our experience with them made us feel like we were right in their backyard.
