He/she (dog) lunged at the door so hard that it opened and almost opened into my dog. Dog was also barking very aggressively it completely startled and scared me, my dog handled it...

Called today to get engraving done and was able to bring the piece down and he did it on the spot. Price was also very reasonable! Will definitely keep his info in my phone for future engraving needs! Bill was very cordial and friendly, chatting the whole time...

The owner is a con artist. He sold me a watch that is valued at 30.00 from Walmart for over $375.00. I assumed I was dealing with someone knowledgeable. Avoid this place at all costs if you want...
