The Yolk Grill — Restaurant in Nashua

Today was the first time I've ever got to go to this restaurant. My son lives up the street and my husband was looking for a place to go for breakfast as we were celebrating his birthday and we get to have our children with us and it was so good. I had the hottest time trying to pick out something for breakfast because everything I wanted to try. Every single meal was something special but as I was coming into the restaurant two other women were coming out and they told me I had to try the pumpkin cinnamon swirl pancakes and I'm very glad I did. But now I know I need to go back so I could try some of the other things that were popping off the menu at me. This is not your typical eggs and ham, fries and toast type of breakfast. Although they do have it but you would be silly not to try something else. They have a whole new.. My oldest son had the eggs benedict but he opted for deviled eggs so he ended up having four eggs and two out of the four were cooked perfectly and the other two he would have eaten. But that waitress just happened to be coming by and she asked how everything was and my son mentioned to her a house. You know, usually he likes the Benedict with the egg yolks, a little bit runny and those were a little bit solidified, so what did she do? She took his plate out to the kitchen and promptly returned with an entire fresh warm breakfast for him. I couldn't ask for more than that. My youngest son opted to have the strawberry churros waffle wow, it was an amazing looking strawberry waffle that had fruit I believe on top and whipped cream and then two churros on top. The staff was spectacular, the restaurant was clean. The bathroom was impeccable with shining even. But I'll tell you. I think this is our new go-to place for anything breakfast and I can't wait to try their lunch. I seriously think it took me almost 20 minutes to find out what the heck I was going to order because the menu is just so creative and I didn't know where to begin. So thank you for that. I went on a Wednesday afternoon during spring break. Walked in absolutely empty. Three tables filled. First thing I see is how the table next to mine has food and drinks on it and looks like it's been there for awhile. Noticed how the servers were just sitting around when there was a table that needed to be cleaned. I was seated and there was eggs on the floor at my table. I will admit made me feel uneasy. My server though was very nice and attentive but unfortunately her shirt of dirty and really looked unkept. Very sweet person though she tried very hard. Food came out about 45 minutes after we ordered. Food was not bad. I ordered omelette with spinach, mushroom and linguica topped with goat cheese. It was very dry with really not much taste to the linguica. It was very light in color . Home fries were over seasoned and sourdough was not bad. Food came out warm. It was nothing special . Asked for my spouses coffee to be refilled by another server and acted like I asked her to climb a mountain. Had attitude and spilled the coffee all over the place and didn't even fill it all the way. Then continued to drip as she flew by the fill it. I have to say I gave it a try. Won't be going back. Stick to my favorite breakfast...

Worst restaurant experience I've had in a very long time. Went here about 2 months ago. I had high hopes for an awesome meal. I ordered a haddock special. (Also the server apparently won't let you get bacon for a side) I tried to upgrade one of the sides to bacon and they wouldn't do it, instead ordered me an extra side of bacon. Anyways back to food: haddock, broccoli cream soup, with tots and a side of bacon. Soup had a bunch of cheese thrown on top, tasted like they added 4x the amount of salt as normal. It was gross. Haddock and tots. It ended up being a massive amount of food, unfortunately it was barely Luke warm. Bacon (had asked for crispy) I've seen crispier bacon in UK. This was inedible. Getting server attention was difficult. She didn't check in to see how it was. By the time she did I was basically not interested in eating any of this and said I'd take it to go. Which I didn't end up doing either because server only brought a check and not a box. Never came back so I left. Worse meal I've had, don't recommend it. Denny's is world's better. Go...
