I visited this shop on a busy Saturday and it was extremely packed! They def need a bigger space because I couldn’t even see most of the items because of how busy it was and how many people were just standing around the shop socializing. The items were super cute and the employees were very friendly. The only other thing that might turn me off from going back there again was how strong the smell of the burning incense was in there. I burn incense at home occasionally so they don’t typically bother me, but the smell was so overwhelming that it nearly triggered one of my migraines. I've purchased this bong a year ago and it was very cute but unfortunately I broke. I recently purchased the same one to replace it and this one not only did not look like the picture or my last one due to quality control issues ("spots" were strange swirly shapes with bare patches) but it also came with the bowl broken. The glass piece that would have broken off was not in the package. This means they sent me the item broken but they refuse to exchange the product or refund me or even replace the broken piece. I had been waiting to come to this for years! I hade been following on Instagram forever and I live in Florida. I finally got to go because my sister moved to Nashville. It is even cuter in person! I wanted to buy everything. I chose an Italian charm bracelet and it comes with 4 charms. I had some issues with the charms staying on but they were nice enough to let me come in and exchange for new ones at no extra charge.
