Las Fiestas Cafe — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

This is my second time I’ve have come into an establishment and got ignored because they thought I was a delivery person to pick up an order. Sat at the bar upon entering this restaurant and waited and then finally after about 7 min. I flagged down someone to ask what I need to do to get service. He tells me its because I sat at the bar. So I ask, “is the bar not opening seating”? He states that is in-fact open seating but for some odd reason I was not greater or helped in any manner. The lady saw me, she just kept on getting ice from the back soooo....I guess I just got blessed with a delivery driver face. So I asked him,”what that had to do with the price of tea in China”? because you don’t know if someone is in there to pick up a Togo or a delivery driver or just a guest wanting a drink and a bite to eat, until you great and question them. Like someone said previously, this place...

I just had very poor customer service and I’ve never written a negative review until now. The server took our order and my friend had to ask him if she could chose chicken or beef. When I ordered he corrected how I pronounced the meal and left to put in our order. Someone else brought over our food and he never checked on us for 25 minutes to ask if we needed anything. My drink had been completely empty for over 10 minutes. I had jalapeños as part of meal, so I was pretty thirsty. I asked to speak to the manager and her response was “Do you want to talk to your server about it?” Really...the worst manager response ever! He came back over and I repeated to him what I had said to her. He just smiled and said, “I didn’t know you didn’t want the jalapeños.” Well, that’s not even what my complaint was. It was about him never checking on us AT ALL and...

I give this place another try like every 6 months because it’s in my neighborhood, and they manage to be ridiculously bad every time, and I haven’t even been able to get the food the past 3 times. 2 of those times I ordered on the phone, went to pick up in 30 minutes, wasn’t ready, waited at the bar another 30 minutes plus both times, and then after several bartenders asking what I ordered multiple times, still nothing and I finally left. It’s almost funny how bad the service is. Once I went to just get chips and salsa for a party and sat at the bar for 40 minutes and they couldn’t manage that and I finally left. I think I’ve only received the food a couple times and it was average, I guess I’m dumb for still trying. I’m not sure it’s actually even...
