I was quite disappointed when I went in Thursday Aug 29th between 8-8:30 PM.
It didn’t bother me that there was a line of 10 people waiting for their food and they were backed up. Us humans have a habit of somehow showing up to order food all at the same time.
It didn’t bother me that these younger adults seemed a bit discombobulated and anxious, as what happens when things in the kitchen start to go haywire in a restaurant.
Things happen, we all understand .
What did bother me, was my direct line of site into the kitchen.
I observed the young man at the time at the dough mixing and sorting station who seemed to be taking his time.
Not because he was moving slowly, or chatting with his colleagues, but the fact that he had his cell phone in his hands texting, and then immediately going back and handling the raw dough without washing his hands, or putting on any gloves.
This is a serious food sanitation issue that needs to be addressed immediately by management.
Last but not least, I did not encounter anyone for the 10 minutes I was there waiting before I walked out, that resembled a manager.

“Three miles from a doomed impostor franchise… lies a slice of salvation.”
If ye be lookin’ for a budget-friendly belly-filler while on voyage, there is a port that honors the name of Caesar with pride. This Little Caesar’s—though humble in stature—be a finely kept vessel.
The crew? Seamless and steady, like they’ve been raised on the same tide. You’d scarce know who’s the captain, for the whole lot runs the ship smooth as silk on a calm sea. The deck? Clean as a new coin. The food? Standard issue for the fleet, which in this case means it hits the mark, piping hot and saucy the way budget pirates expect. The service? Surprisingly jolly—these sailors greet with nods and nary a grunt, flirtin’ with the shores of cheerful, a rare sight in these waters.
This be the kind o’ ship you don’t mind tossin’ your gold at when ye need a quick bite ‘n’ go. Dependable. Predictable. A solid slice of...
Read moreI've been there 20-30 times. I always get ONE cheese pizza, and the wait time is always 20-30 minutes. There has never been a "hot n' ready" approach to this location. I placed an order online with them for pickup, because I was tired of waiting over and over. They got the order wrong. Don't go there, waist of time. Go across the street and buy a pizza to make at home. My guess/hope is that this location doesn't stick around for long.
UPDATE: This location is only getting worse. Single pizzas are never ready. Staff doesn't care about service at all. While I wait, with no one in the store, for a single cheese pizza... for 20-30 minutes...I have finally learned my lesson. PLEASE, don't waste your time with this place.
UPDATE 2: Still one of the worst Little Caesars in Nashville. Maybe the worst in Tennessee. Awful customer service, the employees could care less about you. I'm done...
