My brother went in to start the process of bleaching his hair, with a goal of going grey. The next day he shows up with orange-brown hair and sores all over his scalp. Turns out his stylist had soaked his head and bleach, then left it for an hour and a half, then washed and rebleached for another hour. She stated that he would be able to go from near black hair to white in a matter of hours.

This stylist needs to be seriously evaluated so this doesn't happen to anyone else. I'm appalled that they even charged him after this experience, $100 of the $300.

This is a very nice salon. I called for a last minute appointment on a regularly closed day, and was gladly added to the days time slots. Farah was a pleasure! I gave her free reign to cut, style, and create the perfect hair design for my lifestyle. She did an amazing job!
