I came here on a Thursday, the staff that day were good. The food was good too I came back on Saturday, there was a different crew that day. There was a blonde cashier lady at the window, and I think her trainee. The blonde cashier mixed my order with a one cup of mtn dee. But my order was the #12 on menu and a drink, NOT mtn dew. I paid $12 for my order, I gave my cash to the trainee which was bad idea. The trainee had no idea what she was doing. The blonde cashier made a big mistake, after I received my drink they closed the window. My order was just sitting at the window. And I did not get the food. I got the trainee to open back the window and she said it is not my order, but it actually was. I told the blonde cashier about my order and she wanted me to pay again. I told her I already paid but she claimed that I haven’t paid yet, which I did. She asked her trainee if she got the money, but she stood there with her arms crossed and nodded her head no, which she lied to her coworker. The staff was rude and could not understand what is going on. The manager came over and he handled the situation and he was more understanding. He made the blonde cashier give me my order later, the employees were real confused and their service was really poor. Rude cashier, another cashier tries to act so innocent for a mistake, and also get confused with orders, and remembering if a customer paid and claiming “not paid yet.” So I tried to be kind with them and they make the situation stressful.
All I did was prevent myself from paying double for my order. These people tried to scam me… very disappointed in these staff behaviors. I know how food service is like but I never seen this much ignorance in staffs.
Tip for manager: Train your employees better. They need to know good services and attitude.
I also hope this does not happen to any other customers. And others must be aware of the staff at this location. Plus hopefully popeyes that will open soon have better service than Bojangle’s.

I WAITED ANOTHER 10 MINUTES BEFORE SHE CAME OUT AND SPOKE TO THE CAR THAT WAS WAITING BEHIND ME. I TOLD HER I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY DRINKS AT THE WINDOW. THEN SHE ASKED IF I RECEIVED MY FOOD, I SAID NO. SO AFTER ANOTHER 10 MINUTES SHE CAME OUT WITH BAGS AND SHE ASKED ME IF I HAD BOOBERRY BISCUITS, I TOLD HER NO, THEN SHE GAVE ME THE OTHER BAG. I TOLD HER I STILL DIDN'T HAVE MY DRINKS. THEN SHE SAID "YOU WILL HAVE TO COME INSIDE AND MAKE THEM"...I SAID ARE YOU SERIOUS??? SHE SAID YES, I WENT INSIDE AND ASKED HER FOR THE CUPS TO MAKE MY OWN DRINKS. I ASKED HER WHAT HER NAME WAS AND SHE SAID WHY..I TOLD HER I WAS GOING TO REPORT HER...SHE SAID I'M NOT GIVING YOU MY NAME. SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED!!! WE GOT HOME AND RECEIVED THE WRONG ORDER. Read moreI live up north and every time I come South I got to eat at Bojangles. One of my favorite Southern restaurants. When I went to this one today for lunch I was very very disappointed. Many problems. First the guys were yelling and being quite obnoxious. I could hear them even when I was out there trying to eat my food. Just yelling being obnoxious. Two out of mountain dew. One of my favorite things about the restaurant is the fact that they still carry Pepsi products. Out of the mountain dew. Not happy at all. The french fries were lacking the seasoning, That is one of the main draws is their french fries with the seasoning and I can barely taste it. I asked for my food to be done in. They put it in a bag to go. Just the lack of courtesy, lack of professionalism. Lack of seasoning on the food left me with a very bad experience from these ones. And I still have not gotten my craving handled because their food was so bad. Hopefully this review will get to a manager and they can pick up the pace there cuz right now I can see them closing because who else is going to want to go to a restaurant that they got to listen to people hollering and yelling and lack of seasoning...
