iMassage — Local services in Nashville-Davidson

We had a good couple's massage here (It's also called iMassage). I will list the pros and cons here so you can make an informed decision before you come.

PROS: Marilyn and Sharondia were communicative, they were able to give me an appointment the same week which I appreciate. The massage office is easy to find with plenty of parking space, it was clean, the massage beds were comfortable. The massage music that they were playing was very relaxing. We had a couple's one hour massage. I had Marilyn and she did a great job. However my wife said Sharondia did an amazing job and even offered her hot stones and eye masks. She really felt like an VIP with Sharondia.

CONS: The office is located in the Elm Park Plaza, in an older building housing many different businesses like travel agents, lawyer's office, staffing office etc. The door was locked on the weekends, so when you arrive you will have to text them to let you in. If they are with a client you will have to wait a little bit. Even though the office was clean it looked a little run down, however when you are getting the massage your eyes will be closed anyway so it was not a big issue. My only thing is that when we got the couple's massage, my wife got eye masks and hot stones and I did not get any, which was disappointing, I wish their service is consistent across the board. It was a great massage but not the best massage I've ever gotten.

After reading these reviews, I decided to leave one before my appointment. I purchased a Groupon for a 90min massage. I feel the price is great for my budget. I don't use this service often, but the email was straightforward on how to book and view the coupon. I then received an email about the appointment needing review. Everything is worded professionally and easy to follow. Next, I received a text to continue the booking process. Very kind and once again, straightforward. As mentioned, I am not frequent in using Groupon and provided incorrect information. I received another text explaining what they needed. After I provided the correct information the booking was complete. This process has been easy, quick, and professional. The reviews where people say communication was rude is a reflection of the person leaving the review. Sherondia is the BEST! I have been going to her for years (5-10 yrs.). I see her once a month, but wish that I could see her weekly! Perhaps someday. ; ) I have Arthritis, not to mention all the aches, pains and bloating that come along with Menopause (yes, the pain is real). By the end of the month, when I finally have my appt. with her, often I'm in rough shape. Her hands are magic.
