Kim's Nails — Local services in Nashville-Davidson

So the door says, walk ins are welcome. I came to this establishment in February. Paid for a pedicure and a full set. My nails were done and were beautiful. I returned for a fill and the day after my nail broke. I returned 2 days later to get a repair and was turned around because they were too busy. I was asked to come back the next day. I did so because most techs don’t like to go over another techs work. When I returned the lady did it free of charge, so I figured the day I came was just a bad day. Two days later 2 more nails broke. I returned again and was told the same thing. This time I’m super aggravated but once again I returned because I didn’t want to waist my money. Again the tech did it free of charge, although the wait was over an hour. No complaints my way. So today I called and asked was it too late to come. I explained the services I wanted and was told as long as I come by 6:30 I would be fine. I asked if he was sure because their reputation with me is always asking me to return the next day. I was reassured I could come. I got there and Miley smiled and asked what services did I come in for. I told her and was asked to sit down. I was called for my eyebrows, finished those and was told to sit in the pedicure chair. I set in the water for about 30 mins, so if they were going to put anything to soak my feet with on the water. She came by and brought some blue tablet and walked to the other side. Fast forward 1 and 1/2 hour later I received a text message. See the picture for details. This lady left and wanted the other techs to ask me to come back. Then told me to pay for the service I did receive but I can get 10% off my next visit. This was my first visit to Miley's Nail Salon and I was very pleased. I decided to give this salon a try because it's in my area and a lot closer than going to my usual Cool Springs salon. Eric did a great job on my pedi. He had a gentle touch when cleaning and shaping my toe nails, and had a strong touch when massaging my feet and legs. Thanks Eric!

Mia did a full set of Acrylic nails for me and she also did a great job. Over the years I have not always been pleased when a tech does my nails for the first time. I'm kinda picky and like my nails to look a certain way so I was pleasantly surprised at how good a job Mia did. I'm hard on my nails, prefer a thicker Acrylic application and a bit of structure. Mia carefully removed my old Acrylic, listened to what I said about application and shape, and did exactly what I wanted. If the service stays this good I'll keep coming back. Thanks...

I was here and received service for a mani , pedi & eye brows . I had them at 5 stars at first so now I’m changing it . So 2days later I notice my feet felt very sensitive ( I didn’t think to much about it) then the bottom of my feet just felt really sore . So I checked the bottom of my feet and extra excess skin was gone off my feet with a lot discoloration that I didn’t have before . My feet was very pink & im dark skin . I’m not sure what her name is but I remember her face . She scrub my feet to hard with the foot rasp. You’re supposed to look at a persons feet to distinguish if that is necessary for a particular customer. I most definitely didn’t need that . Even to this day my feet are really sore at the bottom & also my heels ! If she doesn’t know that personal care is individualize then she shouldn’t been servicing anyone .
