So I called to do an order on the 5th the guy on the phone was really pushy. I told him that I wanted to pay over the phone because I’m not sure if my card would work at first when I called. He just took my order and hung up on me and didn’t even give me a chance to explain so when I called back I said I need you to run my card because I’ve been having problems with it before you make the food because I don’t want you to lose money and he runs the card very rudely OK what’s the number? Oh I don’t need your name cause I gave him the name on the card. Usually, you need the name on the card and the ZIP Code he didn’t ask for none of that he just asked for the three digit date, three digit code on the back the expiration date and the card number. This is the pro and how people lose money off their cards by not the restaurants in the business is not asking enough information I could’ve stole that credit card from anybody and used it with him, but it was my card and it declined and I said well I had a problem with it already today. Call the bank. I don’t know what’s going on just forget it never mind don’t make it the whole plan of running the card before he made. It was to see if it would go through and it did not so he calls me about 10 minutes before he close and says hey your pizza is ready if you can come get it we close in 10 minutes I said, sir I told you not to make it because my card declined and I don’t have the money. That’s why I called back to have you run the card before you made it so you didn’t lose money I offered him my ID. I offered him everything I didn’t have any other cash besides my card I didn’t get paid on my other card till the next day so I said I’ll let you hold of my 14 karat gold ring $800 ring $18 pizza till tomorrow and I’ll come and pay you and get it back. No, you took money out of my pocket, don’t you ever come back to our restaurant again please well at least he said please and I’ve been coming out of this place for two years and I’ve never had this treatment. I brought many customers to these guys. I work with all the Phone shops in town I work with PD I work with the fire department. I work with all kinds of people from Murfreesboro all the way up to Hermitage and people have came down here to eat at the restaurant because I said it was a great place to eat. Well I have changed my mind. The food is great yes but the customer service is horrible whoever that gentleman was needs a new job and if he has any part or ownership in that business, he needs to get out of it because he’s not made for that kind of work. He was very rude for him to call me and tell me after I told him not to make it because my car declined and then he goes and makes it anyway and calls and tells me not to come back to the business because I’m a mistake he made he doesn’t have no idea who I am because he hasn’t seen my Facebook when I walk in there and he sees who I am. He probably like oh wow I am sorry because I come in there that much I referred hundreds of people to his restaurant. Yes, the food is great and usually 98%. The customer service is great but this time was horrible. He was like sound like a little 10-year-old kid he didn’t sound very old at all. He didn’t sound very intelligent. He sound like maybe he was telling him you know junior high maybe did not sound very bright at all and unfortunately, they lost the customer because of his attitude for telling me not to come back because he went and made food when I told him not to because I wanted to run my card and when my card declined, I no longer wanted him to make the pizza because I didn’t want him to be out money and then he accuses me of taking money out of his pocket and tells me not to come back because after the car declined, which means, sir there’s no money there. He still made it and then blame me because he made it with a decline card and wanted me to come pick it up with no money because my card is malfunctioning not working very sad. Pros — Followed special instructions to a T, delivery was on time, pizza was still hot and in perfect condition, and while a little thin, overall pizza quality was good.
Cons — My 16” pizza was supposed to be $27.83. They charged $27.83 to my card 4 times, AND they hit me with 5 more $1.00 charges on top of that. They swore they only charged me one time for the $27.83, and when asked why I had 5 additional $1.00 charges, they again said they only charged me once, but my account statements say otherwise. I again asked WHY they charged me the 5 extra $1 dollar charges, to which they finally replied, “We needed to make sure your card didn’t get declined and you had enough money to pay for the pizza” (suddenly they DONT deny charging me 5 times now?). CLEARLY I had enough money for their damn pizza considering the FIRST 4 things they billed me for were the FREAKING $27.83 charges FOR THE PIZZA. Way to be greedy, stealing over a hundred bucks from me and then coming back for more. Besides that, When I called them they were vague and avoided most of my questions. I was nothing but kind and patient over the phone but they still would not give me a refund for a single one of the 9 separate charges they ran on my card.
The food is satisfactory, but they’ll steal your money and you won’t get it back. Some people that order from here never even get their food, according to other reviews. I know there are some good reviews for this place, but this place is sketchy. The way they run this business is shady, and the people that manage this place are thieves and crooks. Be warned. Read moreI'm so confused at what just happened. I placed an order for lemon pepper wings and the order was taken as lite seasoning, which was incorrect. The guy who answered when I called back agreed that is in fact what the ticket read, apologized and we were set to exchange wings to correct the situation. No problems, not hostile, no anger was displayed by either myself or the guy who took the call....SO HERE IS WHERE IM CONFUSED......The owner called me back agreed that the ticket stated "light" seasoning but says it has "enough". He went on to say that I was not appreciative and basically he was not going to fix the problem. This whole conversation was confusing because the more polite I was the more angrier he became. I kept saying, I'm sorry, why are you speaking to me that way. My sister by now is in the back ground saying just hang up, this is how rude he was being. I was really dead set on continuing to be polite and not allowing him to make respond with the same energy in return. I kept asking him why is he speaking to me that way and he was clearly upset because I wanted to return the 20 wings for the correct order. I wasn't rying to keep the wings, I just really wanted to get what I orderd without being harnessed for it .It's so sad the state America is in at the present moment .There is no peace, no human kindness, no respecting of our fellow man.
