Went this location a few days placed my order through drive through because dining room was closed at 3pm with a store full of staff 12 employees I counted. When I got to the window I asked to repeat the order to make sure I didn't miss anything and the lady at the window was extremely rude and began insinuating I was not gonna pay for my food because I asked to repeat the order. Began asking me if you don't want your food just leave now and don't come back. I paid for my food. When I got home 4 of the 5 burgers I ordered were undercooked and raw with the 5th burger being overcooked and hard as a hockey puck. Chicken tenders kids meal tenders were hard and dry like they had been left out all day just waiting for someone to order it. My kid didn't want to eat that. So I took all food back to the store and spoke to the same lady at the drive thru who I found was the manager being rude. She took my food said that they will not be remaking it cause my family had already touched it and will not be providing a refund. I sincerely hope dairy queen corporate can assist with this matter and resolve this with haste. I've already issued a dispute with my bank. And I highly suggest staying away from.this...

THIS WAS THE 2ND TIME I IUSED YOUR APP AND THE STORE WAS CLOSED YET YOUR APP TOOK MY MONEY. THIS LOCATION HAS THE BEST....THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WHEN THEY SERVE AND PREPARE OUR ORDER IT LOOKS AS IF IT WAS MADE FOR A TV COMMERCIAL. THAT IS SAYING ALOT. I HAVE RECOMMENDED THIS LOCATION TO MANY PEOPLE BUT AT THIS POINT I WILL NEVER NEVER RECOMMEND YOUR APP.

I gave my dessert a 2nd blessing at the end. It was so good plus the extraordinary service are rare and few in the fast food industry in this area of town. I little pricey but oooh so worth it.

The last time we came, we left before we even ordered. There was a short line, and very upset customers. The service was so. slow... when a customer asked for his food (which was ready), the server said, "you can come back here and get it if you want." She was very frustrated and was getting no help.
In the past, we've had decent service, even friendly at times. The last time, the person taking our order was very friendly, but when she asked (what I can only assume was a manager) for help, he was so frustrated that she needed help with their antiquated system, that I realized why they are struggling. This cashier would not last long - she was too nice.
I'm giving them two stars - one for good blizzards and another for the (at times) friendly cashiers. But the management - whoah... that's gotta...
