This morning at 8:50 am I done a online order for this location. I ordered a double quarter cheeseburger with lettuce,tomato and bacon added,Cheese Tater tots and a Large Ocean water. When I got home(wish I had pictures since the manager was so rude) my bread had mold on it. I left immediately and went back so the manager came out and showed him my burger and he asked was I SURE THAT I GOT MY ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!!??!!! Then asked me what time did I come, the stated that I needed my receipt with the look of not believing that I got my burger from this location. I told him”I’ll gladly go get my receipt to show you that I did get this from you all” and he stated “yea” with a smirk of again that he didn’t believe me. I came home checked trash and outside to find this receipt for this online order that I feel that he could’ve looked up for me if he cared. Found the receipt and then returned. Got there and gave him my order and receipt for him to tell me that I had to wait for his district manager to get a refund back and was getting ready to hand me my order back with receipt I guess expecting me to come back whenever his manager get there. I stated “no you all keep that and I want my refund “!!! After sitting there for about 15 minutes on my phone yelling telling my friend of this treatment then he comes out with his manager so call on the phone claiming that they refunded me my money which btw I still haven’t got. I’m very very very disappointed in the service that I received this morning and the manager didn’t even try to comfort me nor try to apologize for this and kept stating that he checked the bread and he didn’t see mold anywhere. If he would’ve showed proper customer service I would’ve took my order made over instead he just kept trying to plead the case like I was a LIAR!!! I WILL NOT NOR WILL I RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE... I usually DON’T DO REVIEWS ON RESTAURANTS...THIS IS MY FIRST ONE!!!But how that manager treated me this morning I had to share...
Read moreNot impressed!! When I pulled up, heard the guy taking orders basically yelling through the intercom at a lady parked beside me. And from what I could tell she was not the one being difficult. It was him. Apparently it was the 2nd time she had called in trying to order something no longer available. After he scholded her, she mentioned that both these items were still on menu. He really didn't like that. But since I entered in the middle of the conversion, I tried to give him the benefit. Then I attempted to order. Again, half of what I wanted was not available right now. I understand that with all we are going through in our world right now, but his delivery is just mean and hostile. He has this attitude that we should all be happy that he even wants to serve us. Nope, it should be the other way around. And my screen did not light up. So maybe some of the others mentioned them not having certain items. But mine did not say anything, nor did the one beside me (where lady was being yelled at). Just told him to nevermind and left. Been trying to stick to local (non chain) places anyway. Since they are the most hurt during this Pandemic. But saw Sonic and it sounded good. But no way good enough to be talked down to.
