This was the worst experience I have had with a bar crawl. We arrived a few minutes behind because we couldn’t find the bar which was in an alley way. When we got seated we were greeted with attitudes from other customers of the bar crawl. I didn’t realize nothing was not included in this bar crawl besides someone taking you bar to bar. The host was nice but was not observant at all nor didn’t help in the next scenario when we were divided from our party into groups. The minute we were put into groups and sat down, my friend and I introduced ourselves again to the group and asked everyone’s names again because it was not easy to remember 20 peoples names. We immediately were met with an attitude from another person at our table and the lady said she was not going to say her name again. This same lady spoke about how her friend was looking to get into a fight, and was just very unfriendly. We switched back into our groups and were leaving the bar when my whole party realized that the lady who was unfriendly- was not alone, it was everyone in her group being rude to our party. We went outside to leave the bar for the next bar when we stopped to take a picture in an alley way. Two of the girls from the rude party missed the group picture and demanded we take another picture with them in it. My one group member said she would not take another photo since they were late and rude. As we were walking to the next bar, the same rude lady shoulder checked my group member. That’s when we knew we needed to leave due to the hostile environment. We told the tour guide we needed to leave because of how bad it was getting. He claimed he had no idea, and hadn’t seen or heard anything. In which none of the parties were quiet about any of this. Instead of him excusing the other party due to there behavior, we were the ones who left. My party was the only ones who were all different races/cultures, the rest of the groups were all Caucasian, and I can’t help but to have felt targeted in that situation. My group member called the guide to ask him for a refund and he ignored her call. We ended up going to another bar to get far away, and we ended up running into them again and they tried to wave at us and started laughing. My group member contacted the owner for a refund since we did not get the services we paid for, the owner made up excuses of why she personally could not afford to refund the money. I have never had such a terrible experience, nor had a owner try to use her financial struggles as an excuse to not refund our money. I would not recommend this bar crawl to anyone. It is poorly...

Our guide Kinzey - think Dolly Parton’s charm mixed with Alex Trebek’s brain — herded our merry band through four honky-tonks, two speakeasies, and at least one place that may have been someone’s living room (five stars for the mystery).

Highlights (in vaguely chronological order, because the cocktails blurred the clock): Signature “Welcome Shot.” Tasted like Tennessee thunder and bad decisions—exactly what I came for. Trivia Throw-downs. Questions ranged from “Who invented hot chicken?” to “How many gallons of whiskey does the state of Tennessee cry when the Titans lose?” (Answer: more than my liver can handle.) Bar #3’s Mechanical Bull. I lasted eight seconds—on the ground. Surprise Karaoke Finale. My rendition of “Friends in Low Places” made three strangers hug me and one tourist Venmo me $5 to stop. Worth it.

Logistics: zero planning stress. They handled wristbands, tabs, and my existential crisis about whether I could name all three members of Lady A (spoiler: I cannot). Pace was perfect—just enough time to drain a glass and my dignity before moving on.
