Extreme Party Nashville — Local services in Nashville-Davidson

I had booked a ride with Extreme Party Nashville for my best friend’s bachelorette trip. Overall, our group had a great time, but a number of things that had happened brought the experience down. We were told to get to the pickup location 30 minutes prior to our start time to check in & get situated. Before we arrived, the company contacted me saying they were running behind & we would be delayed by about 10-15 minutes, but would still get our full 2 hour ride. Our group was fine with that & once we arrived on location hung out at the bar. However, there was no one from Extreme Party at the check in location to check us in or guide us with what to do once we got there. When our group had questions or concerns before our ride, we had to ask the Honky Tonk employees & they had very little information to give us since they are not from the same company. Then, when our bartender/host Cam showed up, he appeared to be frazzled saying he just came from a photo shoot & that our driver would be there soon & hopefully wasn’t at home doing drugs — which isn’t something you want to hear before getting into a car with someone. Seeing as I was in charge of my group & our reservation, I was running around trying to get answers & Cam made several comments saying I was “very up tight or on drugs” & couldn’t tell which it was to myself & our several girls in our group. I let it slide because I thought he was just trying to be funny. Once we got on the bus a good 45 minutes after our reservation, we were all excited to get the show on the road. We all had a great time dancing, singing, & just being together. The only downfall was our bartender. He made a few of the girls in our group feel uncomfortable & just couldn’t or didn’t want to read the room. He kept trying to dance on us/give out lap dances, which can be funny at times, but overall we were not about it. We also noticed he was drinking on the job, which can come off as...

Was just in nashville this weekend! The party bus was fun, emily was a great guide and pat was great bus driver. However, even though the wavier does say it has to be enclosed in new boxes. I feel this information was not properly disclosed to us beforeahd . There is a lot of information in the wavier it was easy to miss and overlook important infomation such as this!

A reminder email or text woud have been helpful!!! There was 19 ladies in our group no one knew this infromation beforehand!!! (I had to reread the wavier when we got home from our trip!) Addtionally, our group was a mix age range so even the older adults in our group who read over the wavier throughlty missed this information then there is a problem!

Once we made it to the bus depot we brought our own drinks. Then we were told we couldn't bring the drinks with us and we had to repurchase drinks at the bus depot for DOUBLE THE PRICE! It was crazy!! Over 50 dollars was spent on same exact drinks that we just bought!

On top of that we left our table for a moment to take a pictures. When we got back to the table the bride in our group left her sunglasses on the table were stolen buy somone along with water bottes. I would recommend not leaving items unattended!!

Okay this is a hard review because some parts were 5 star - firstly being the STAFF!! They are 5 star material. However, i would definitely book a party bus with someone else for a few reasons. 1 bring timing and punctuality. We were told for a 2:30 time slot to arrive at 2. We arrived right at 2 and the company wasn’t even there yet. No problem though. We wait and eventually leave at 3. They promised we would still get the two hours we paid for. We got back at 4:35 and were rushed off the bus. We were frustrated because we had to wait an hour to get in and then didn’t even get the time we paid for when they were the ones that were late. Aside from that, we kinda wish we had a different bus. This bud was completely enclosed and there was no way to open any windows and interactive with people outside. The other party buses we saw were so much better. Lastly I’d say a BIG thing is that there was not enough seating. They squeezed us with two other groups that were both bachelorette parties so they got all the seats and we were stuck standing on a moving bus for two hours.
