Sperry's Mercantile — Local services in Nashville-Davidson

Ordered a Large London Fog. It has very little flavor and had no tea bags in the cup. I immediately brought it back to the counter and explained there was little flavor and asked why there was no tea bag. She said we remove the tea bags before giving customers the London Fog. I explained that’s very unusual, no where else does that. It significantly affects the flavor when I’m not allowed to let it brew for as long as I want. She said “Sir as I said, we don’t do that here.” No offer to make a new one. No offer for a refund. Just a dismissive response to let me know it’s my problem if I don’t like it and I can’t have it made the normal way. So now I’ll just go back to the places I normally go instead of Sperry’s. It’s too bad because I was excited to see this come to Bellevue.

Update: It’s been more than a week now since I emailed Sperry’s per their request below. Unfortunately, and surprisingly, they chose not to respond. Therefore, I had to drop my 2 star review to 1 star. Sadly...

I am so happy to have the Bellevue location. The Jalapeno Bacon (as well as all of the bacon varieties available) are typically one of the staples I go for. They have a great selection of steaks. You can find Gina's Italian sauces with the sundries 😘. The prepared food such as the twice baked potatoes and kale salad are wonderful and convenient. I absolutely do not leave without many dog sticks for my bulldog. We have a routine and she expects a piece of it every day! I am truly a huge fan! And...

They have delicious coffee. One side is set up like a market with meats and many other grocery items. The other side is set up like a restaurant.

I had expected a menu with a variety of warm items, but it turned out to be more of a selection of cold, plastic-wrapped sandwiches, pastries, and desserts that you would typically find at a gas station. Other than that, the place is cozy with ample...
