I am writing this review on behalf of my mother.
This is the most unprofessional company in the city of Natchez. This company put in a full sewage line with a pump for my mom. The yard had to be dug up two times before the actual job because they couldn't find the line (which was not the company's fault and we understood the process). Each time this company dug up the driveway they left the driveway a mess. The company didn't cover the dirt piles with any plastic and just left the dirt uncovered even though they knew it was going to rain the next day.
The first time the yard was dug up they left the dirt in a pile at the top of the driveway. The next day it rained and the pile of dirt turned into mud and moved down the driveway. Due to the mud moving down the driveway, my car got stuck trying to get out of the driveway. My mom called the office and spoke with Becky only to be told she would try to get in contact with the workers finally after a day someone came and brought some gravel and put plastic over the pile of dirt/ mud (see pile of dirt/mud covered by plastic in the attached picture) so we could get out of the yard.
The second time the yard was dug up the company did the same thing dug up the driveway and left a pile of dirt uncovered and it rained again. My mom reached back out to the company before it started to rain and asked the company to come to cover the dirt before the rain began and not to my surprise no one showed up so we tried to cover the dirt ourselves before the rain. The next day the company came and put something on top of the mud.
The third time this happened was the day of the actual job this was the worst out of all the times they dug up the yard because they dug up more of the driveway this time than the first two times. They completed the job on Thursday at 3:00 and didn't put any gravel down and it rained the same day. Before the rain started my mom called the office to ask about the gravel and was told the same thing. I suppose because my mom kept calling the office the supervisor came over to the house Friday afternoon. During his visit, he got stuck in the yard due to the driveway but eventually got out of the yard ( tire tracks shown in the attached pictures from the supervisor's truck). The supervisor asked my mom if he could get some gravel from the company and if they were open on Saturday he would come back and put down the gravel. Not to my surprise we didn't hear anything from anyone. Here we are at 10:45 am on Monday and there is still no gravel in sight.
This company has the communication skills of a wall. They don't explain anything to anyone they just show up and start digging without concern for the people they are servicing. The morning of the final dig these people showed up without notice and cut the water off without even coming to knock on the door to notify us. I was literally in the bathroom when I noticed that the water was off. One of the workers came and knocked on the door after they began working to ask us if we wanted to move our cars on the hill since it would be muddy which means these people already knew they weren't going to cover the yard after they completed the job and just didn't care.
Worst experience and company by far. If you need work done I suggest you find another company that cares and does their job without you having to constantly call the office. These are adults and no one should have to babysit them to make them do their jobs correctly.
Update 6/15: After half doing the job the first time this company had to come back and are now trying to fix the problem they created (see new pictures of the problem at the bottom) only after trying to gaslight my mom about how her driveway was before they tore up...

Bryan installed my generator and did the electrical for the A/C Seth sold me. Bryan discussed electrical needs for the generator in detail and what would work best for my needs. He was very thorough taking his time with absolute concern for safety during the work. I could not be more pleased with the work performed by Bryan . He represents the company while taking care of the customer

Drew checked out my Trane unit as it had issues heating due to not going into defrost cycle. Ricky came by later checking to force into defrost but it would not. He ordered a board and we will see. Drew was very professional courteous and helpful. All your employ have met are really good Ricky installed new board now goes into defrost and connected Heat strips to buffer cool air during defrost. All good now Thanks for responsiveness and being able to talk to someone 24/7. ...
Read moreMy furnace blower failed. NH&C promptly sent Tristan Weatherly, who diagnosed an electrical problem secondary to the line voltage being 135 volts. He personally monitored when I called Entergy Louisiana to report the high voltage. I think this was way above and beyond the usual service requirements. While Entergy corrected the line voltage, Tristan returned with a replacement motor, this time accompanied by Drew Brown (also, a NH&C employee). Mr. Brown was very helpful and was an able assistant to Tristan. After installing the new motor, but before the Entergy repair was complete, Tristan voluntarily gave me his personal phone number to provide him follow-up after I reopened the electrical circuit. N.B., this was the end of the day and end of the week! Alas, after power was restored, I flipped the circuit breaker, but the motor did not start. I called Tristan (after duty hours) and he analyzed the possibilities over the phone, reminding me of two additional circuit breakers inside the furnace cabinet. I flipped these and the motor started. I am impressed with your technician's dedication to customer service.
New Review (1 May, 2024) Called NH&C for pre-summer A/C inspection. Again Tristan was the man. Efficient and tidy. The only glitch was I had requested installation of a wireless thermostat, but he didn’t have one on his truck. That is a problem with the office staff, not the guy...
