I had a very bad experience, on August 3, at the Natchez, MS location , due to bad customer service. I made an online purchase to be picked up in store and once I arrived to the store, the order number could not be found in the system.
I had my proof of purchase, email confirmation and my text reminder that the order was ready for pick up. The 2 pairs of shoes were available at the store but only 1 of the order numbers was populating in their system.
Of course, there's frustration a growing because I had drive from Baton Rouge to Natchez, MS, to pick up the order. However, the Hibbett associate was trying to resolve the situation but after no luck she advised me to call the customer service line. Unfortunately, they were already closed for the day.
As I relay this information to the store associate, she responds back with a big smile and laughter saying â Oh, you're going to have to wait until tomorrow or Mondayâ Never once did she show any empathy or apologize for the inconvenience of their system errors.
I responded by asking what was funny about me driving from Bayon Rouge in a storm to pick up my order, that I have proof of payment for and can't get them, due to the order number not pulling up. This then led to a back and forth argument in front of several other customers. The store associate advised that she can laugh at what she wants to and proceeds to tell me that I could exit the storre. I stated that she could call the police because I would not be leaving without proof that I did not pick this order up. The argument grew intense as she used profane language towards me and never once even tried to apologize to the customers. I'm sure they have cameras that footage could be provided for along with audio.
So, I made the decision to purchase the shoes again and attempt to get.a refund, for the original order. I was able to pull up the order # on my phone and she came over to assist the other associate again.
I explained to her my frustration and asked her how would she have felt and that customer service is everything and she apologized and decided to call her manager. For assistance. The manager was able to walk through steps on how to find my order and she was successful.
All of this was caused due to my confirmation email missing the last 2 numbers of the order. Lack of customer service and professionalism could have left d to something very disastrous in front of my children and a store full of...
   Read moreI was sent a confirmation win on the Jordan12s Blueberry that released on December 18,2024 from the hibbetts store in natchez ms n i couldnât confirm because i assuming a computer glitch i called to explained situation where i was hung up on twice after explaining what was going on on and that i was omw back there i was 5min away i couldnât confirm but i did want my shoe. once i approve i realized not only me n my cousin that was riding with me also won a raffle for a shoe and couldnât confirm hers as well that it was at least 6 customer experiencing the same thing everyone is asking questions as why we canât confirm but we are here for our shoes she has a new list with people names that obvious she knows and tells us that even though we won we must now wait til after 4pm to purchase if any is left . I then proceeded to ask for corporate number as well as others she walks off n goes in the back and calls the police for everybody and had them to make us leave which helped her agenda to sellin who she wanted to not even given a chance to come back at 3pm even though we won second round raffle. As a customer for over 20 years itâs really disappointing to already have to go thru a raffle instead of first come first serve but to steady be treated unfair by the employee who is suppose to be following rules donât Since the manager Tish has been ther i have been discriminated towards because i calls her out when she has handled raffles and release dates in a personal manner instead of buisness i would sting like this matter to be looked into because once the police is involved for no reason it just feel unjustified n a person of that character shouldnât me the face or manager of any buisness i have contacted customer service twice and never get any feedback from anybody itâs to the point the best thing for me to do show where my money and me as a customer is appreciated POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE BY MANGER TISH HIBBETTS OF NATCHEZ SHOULD BE FIRED FOR FALSELY CALLIN THE POLICE ON A STORE OF CUSTOMERS...
