CSpire does NOT even deserve a star!! My phone quit working after 4 months. Had to mail it back. They said I damaged the phone which is not true. Insurance will not cover the problem. So what is the point paying for insurance then! Then they charged me for the loaner phone and it showed still as active on my account days after it had been turned back into the store. I have been trying to get help for months on this issue. The customer service people are extremely rude and not helpful. I have left numerous messages for the person who is suppose to be dealing with this. So a word of advice take multiple pictures of your device if you have to mail it back to them. I have a Norton antivirus subscription, but I started having problems with the screen constantly changing on its own, not being able to get back to where I was, and calls dropping.
